El Dann siempre es una buena opción, aunque siento que actualmente el precio está un poco elevado en comparación con otros Dann del país. La habitación en buenas condiciones, buena limpieza. El desayuno buffet bueno. Ubicación buena. El personal es amable, aunque he escrito al correo que me dieron para reservas y no responden.
Mi novia hizo consumo en la piscina y se negaron a cargar el consumo a la habitación, aun cuando al check in no habían solicitado el registro de alguna tarjeta. Mi reserva por booking incluía el registro de una tarjeta de crédito, e igual si uno consume en el mini bar eso se carga en la habitación, luego es incómodo que no se permita cargar el consumo a la habitación, aun cuando en el check out dicho consumo se revisa. Son detalles que incomodan un poco la estancia y que realmente se pueden resolver sin problema.

Everything! Staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful, particularly in the breakfast room / restaurant / pool area.
Arguably the best breakfast buffet in Colombia. Incredible variety of fruit, hot and cold options and multiple tasty coffee top ups!
Room was in the annexe, conveniently accessed via corridor bridge. Generous size, openable window with views downtown across the Rio Cali (which has an interesting cultural / flora and fauna walk upstream).
Restaurant had good opening times, good food, large portions. Slightly expensive but commensurate with the standard of the hotel.
It was great to have an outdoor pool but was slightly let down by having only 3 loungers. The available space with tables and stools could possibly be arranged differently during the day to have more lounger spaces to relax in.

Me asignaron un habitación en donde no estaba funcionando el aire acondicionado, llamé a recepción para que me cambiaran de habitación y su respuesta fue que no tenían disponible. Dormí las 3 noches con ventilador y nunca arreglaron el aire acondicionado. Me enviaron una tabla de quesos de cortesía pero eso cambia la incomodidad de mi estadía en este hotel.
