Bästa hotellet
Pros:

Otroligt trevlig och gästvänlig personal. Rummet var stort och fint, gillade att fönstret gick från golv till tak. Utmärkt frukost! Bästa boendet i hela Göteborg.

Centralt och pampigt
Pros:

Pampigt hotell nära centralstationen.

Cons:

Syrefattigt på rummet och lite jobbigt att inte kunna öppna ett fönster. Frukosten var bra och riklig men utan det lilla extra såsom kock som tillagar omelett på beställning.

Cons:

Blev ombokad till annat hotell på kvällen, ingen kompensation för besvär. Nu även problem att få ett kvitto från Post på grund av bokat via booking

Toppen! Läget, personalen och poolen på taket!
Pros:

Fantastisk personal! Både i reception och de som jobbade på frukosten den 1/7 och 2/7. Poolen på taket och tjejerna som jobbade när vi var där på eftermiddagen den 1/7. Fixet med att visa Sveriges match under fotbolls VM!

Fint hotell, veldig sentralt. Kommer tilbake.
Pros:

Veldig sentralt. Veldig hyggelige smilende personale gjorde at vi følte oss veldig velkomne. Nydelig frokost. Gode senger. Rolig:)

Cons:

Litt varmt på rommet, selv om AC var på. Men fint og god størrelse på rommet.

Lovely hotel, large and comfortable rooms.
Pros:

I booked a standard double room, though after booking they sent through the option to upgrade to a Superior Double for about 20% of what it would have cost to upgrade had I done so when booking. The superior room was very spacious and had huge ~12ft ceilings, and a very large bed. It also had a nice view of the locks on the canal.

The staff were great, especially Emelie and a man who I didn’t catch the name of, both on the front desk.

Cons:

Air con could have been more powerful, and with the ability to choose a a specific temperature.

Wifi was quite slow, under 10Mbps - I ended up using my mobile data.

There was a bit of noise from trams and people outside but not really an issue for me.
