Ble veldig skuffet over dårlig behandling av en ansvarlig i resepsjonen. Jeg bestilte 3 rom, for å ta med familien på tur. Familie med baby, 9 mnd opplevde rom som ikke var støvsugd, møkkete på gulvet, sikkerhetsnål på gulvet som baby var på vei til å spise, og en flaske med svart flytende innhold, i en revnet pose stod på gulvet bak gardinen. Dette var farlig for en baby som krabber og er nysgjerrig.

Really lovely hotel. Friendly, helpful staff especially Amir and Mattias. Beautiful serene spa. Trendy outdoor, rooftop pool. Amazing breakfast.
