Pros:

It was a horrible experience with terribly rude staff

Overall, I enjoyed my stay.
Pros:

The staff at breakfast was very friendly and helpful. When I asked for a Banana, the attendant grabbed one for me quickly. The attendant was very friendly and welcoming even though there was a large group in the breakfast area. Almost as though she didn't notice how large the group was. She just 'minded the shop' and took care of the customers.

Cons:

The front desk staff does not have a welcoming personality. I interacted with them several times. It was almost as if I was a bother to them.

Pros:

The hotel was very clean, well appointed, room was clean, quiet and comfortable. Water bottles upon check in was a nice touch. Breakfast was excellent, so well maintained, excellent variety and food options, quality was good. So smart to have two waffle irons and coffee stations in multiple locations. The airport shuttle driver was very friendly, helpful, and timely. We definitely recommend this hotel and will consider staying there again during future trips to the Denver area.

Cons:

We suggest a little bit better signage once turning in from the street as the hotel shares street entrance with another hotel and the facility front entrance to Hampton Inn is not visible from the street. This is easily corrected with a little more signage.

Pros:

Breakfast and location.

Cons:

The extreme noisy a/c&heat unit that interfered with sleep. $16 for outdoor parking.

Best for buffet and pool
Pros:

Amazingly varied breakfast. All baked goods were delicious. They even gave me an extra bag of scones.
Also waffle maker , fruits and toppings for oatmeal etc.

Pool was a good temperature and the hot tub great.

Cons:

The info about shuttle was a bit scary not insuring that they could bring me back to airport next day , so that I rented car and had to pay 16$ parking.
