Excelente.
Pros:

Quase tudo. O único ponto negativo foi o sinal do Wifi, que estava muito lento no andar em que estávamos (7°) durante toda a nossa estadia.

Pros:

Gosto muito desse hotel, quartos confortáveis, café da manhã muito satisfatório, ambiente muito agradável, atende minhas necessidades quando vou à São Paulo, ótima localização com bons restaurantes perto além de ficar bem proximo ao Ibirapuera.

Cons:

Eles teêm uma regra de bater na porta todos os dias pela manhã para conferir o consumo da geladeira, eu acho isso muito desconfortável para o hospede, nunca vi em nenhum hotel só lá. Aí perde ponto comigo.
