Pros:

Keletą dienų patiko vakarienės.

Cons:

Prasitęsiant dar vienai dienai, teko iš visų mūsų 3 kambarių išsikraustyti.Palikti daiktus jų nurodytoje patalpone, nors viešbutis buvo pustuštis.
Pusryčių pasirinkimas yra, tačiau visas 4 dienas tokie patys. Sultys kaip vanduo. Maistas apdžiuvęs.
Vakarienės buvo labai geros, tačiau prasitęsus vieną dieną, maisto kokybė buvo labai bloga, mažas pasirinkimas.

Wie ein Flug bei einem Billigflieger
Pros:

Die Lage im Zentrum von Magaluf ist super. Es gibt einen Hoteleigenen Parkplatz.

Cons:

Das ist wirklich kein 4 Sterne Hotel. Man zahlt für alles extra. Man muss den ganzen Aufenthalt ein unbequemes billiges Plastikband tragen.
Am Pool sind viel zu wenig Liegen, man darf kein eigenes Essen und trinken bringen und wird die ganze Zeit mit lauter Musik und einer gefühlten Dauer Werbeveranstaltung beschallt. Ich weiß nicht wieso jemand dieses Hotel bucht.
Wir hatten das Zimmer nur zum Koffer abstellen und duschen und für unseren letzten Tag gebucht.

Ist wirklich das schlechteste Hotel, das ich in Mallorca jemals betreten habe, aber irgendwie entspricht es auch dem Umstand dass sie vom Billigflieger Jet2 einen Preis bekommen haben. Genauso fühlt es sich hier auch an.

Das Hotel liegt direkt neben dem BCM Club.

A személyzet kedves, segítőkész, barátságos volt.

Cons:

Háromból két szobában nem volt elég víznyomás a zuhanyzóban, sokszor alig folyt a víz. Többszöri reklamáció után sem sikerült javítani a helyzeten. A bárban, kozösségi térben nem volt klíma, ahol összejöhettünk volna az utitársainkkal, folyton állott volt a levegő. Az erkélyre nyíló ajtó szorult, nagyon nehezen lehetett kinyitni. A klíma megbízhatatlanul működött, egy hét alatt sem sikerült megjavítani, vagy nagyon meleg volt a szobában, vagy indokolatlanul hideg.

Ein schönes Hotel mit coolem Pool und gutem essen. Sehr zentral gelegen. Nur die Gäste waren zum grössten Teil sehr anst

Das personal war stets freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Buffet hatte viel Auswahl und gutes essen. Die Poolanlage war auch cool.

Cons:

Das Hotel und vorallem die Zimmer waren extrem hellhörig. Man hat alles gehört von den Nachbarn wirklich alles. Man konnte oft nicht schlafen weil es zu laut war. Im Essbereich war es extrem laut. Man erhielt in den gesamten Ferien 1x ein Badetuch und musste dies bis am Schluss behalten was ich sehr unhygienisch fand.

Cons:

Una delle peggiori esperienze che abbiamo avuto in vacanza. Siamo partiti con aspettative normali, ma purtroppo l’Hotel Samos è riuscito a deluderci sotto praticamente ogni punto di vista.

Partiamo dalla mezza pensione: paghi una cifra importante e poi sembra che l’obiettivo della struttura sia farti pagare ancora per qualsiasi cosa. Cassaforte a pagamento, bilancia a pagamento e numerosi servizi che, considerando il prezzo del soggiorno, ci saremmo aspettati fossero quantomeno più accessibili. La sensazione è quella di essere continuamente davanti a un “extra” da pagare.

Il problema più grave, però, è stato il personale. In diverse occasioni abbiamo ricevuto un trattamento estremamente scortese e poco professionale. Durante colazione e cena alcuni dipendenti si sono comportati in maniera arrogante e poco rispettosa. Abbiamo avuto persino la netta impressione che alcuni deridessero gli italiani e facessero battute alle nostre spalle. Se lavori a contatto con i turisti, il minimo indispensabile dovrebbe essere educazione e rispetto, indipendentemente dalla nazionalità del cliente.

L’episodio delle poltrone massaggianti è stato semplicemente assurdo. Avevamo regolarmente pagato il nostro massaggio di 5 minuti. Non eravamo a conoscenza del fatto che la sala chiudesse a mezzanotte. Invece di venirci semplicemente comunicato che la sala stava per chiudere, è arrivato un poliziotto che ha iniziato a contare il tempo rimanente del nostro massaggio davanti a noi, creando una situazione estremamente imbarazzante e mettendoci completamente a disagio.

Mai vissuta una cosa del genere in vacanza.

Anche l’atmosfera generale dell’hotel non ci ha fatto sentire per nulla accolti. Troppo spesso abbiamo avuto la sensazione che il cliente fosse visto più come un portafoglio che come un ospite.

La qualità del servizio, per quello che abbiamo pagato, è stata assolutamente deludente. In una struttura turistica ci si aspetta almeno un sorriso, disponibilità e rispetto.
