Pokój który zamówiłem - zajęty, zastępczy brudny i nie przygotowany na 4 osoby.
Pros:

Zapłaciliśmy za pokój rodzinny 2 dorosłych i 2 dzieci : 1x łóżko małżeńskie , 1x rozkładany fotel i 1x łóżko pojedyncze . Posiadam screen do wglądu. Otrzymaliśmy pokój w którym już ktoś zamieszkiwał. Na szybko dostaliśmy nieprzygotowany mniejszy pokój tylko z rozkładanym fotelem (dzieciom było ciasno) - nie przygotowany, Bez pościeli czy ręczników dla dzieci , po interwencji otrzymaliśmy ww.
Pierwszy raz w hotelu taka sytuacja - niepotrzebny stres i zamieszanie. Czystość pozostawiała dużo do życzenia - może dlatego że otrzymany pokoj nie był dla nas przeznaczony u pierwotnie , a był zastępczym .

Cons:

Pokój zastępczy- zamieszanie bo nasz był zajęty. Otrzymaliśmy pokój z mniejszą ilością miejsc noclegowych niż zamówiony. Pokój nie był przygotowany w pościel i ręczniki, szklanki na wodę dla czterech osób , czystość pozostawiała dużo do życzenia .

Jó megközelítés a belvárosból, tágas szoba, kényelmes ágy, segítőkész, kedves személyzet
Pros:

Nagyon kellemes tartózkodásunk volt a varsói Ibis Styles Warsaw West szállodában. A hotel elhelyezkedése kedvező: a belváros könnyen és gyorsan megközelíthető, ami nagy előnyt jelent a városnézés során.
A szoba tágas, tiszta és jól felszerelt volt, az ágy kifejezetten kényelmes, ami hozzájárult a pihentető éjszakákhoz. A reggeli bőséges és finom, széles választékkal – mindenki megtalálhatja a számára megfelelőt.
Külön kiemelném a személyzetet, akik végig nagyon kedvesek, segítőkészek és figyelmesek voltak. Összességében elégedettek voltunk a szolgáltatásokkal, és szívesen ajánljuk a hotelt mind üzleti, mind szabadidős utazók számára.
