Pathetic and Disgusting

if i could give -1000 I would give negative rating the staff are pathetic and cant be bothered responding to requests . The Reception is effing rude and talks back to guests when asked why are they made to wait for check in . Staff keep saying system is down. All the time their system is down . Hotel is undergoing some idiotic construction.More so when It was made clear that payment would be on check out Staff insisted on taking payment at check in . I am not running away .
Buffet Breakfast was pathetic when asked for chilly sauce staff said there is nothing and they cannot provide it . Lift is the most idiotic and doest work most of times . Takes 20 mins to get down from level 8 to level Lobby . Its the most badly managed hotel ever !!!!!! Stay away !!!!!!!!! forever. Hated it

Restaurant and in-training staff was nice.

Cons:

Cigarrete smelling room even booking non-smoking and staff telling me was non-smoking. None of my room plugs worked properly. Bed headboard had an pulsing sound that gave me trouble sleeping. Mosquitoes in the room.
