My stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. I honestly cannot understand how this hotel is rated as a five-stars property.
The cleanliness was far below acceptable standards. The bed sheets, carpet, and towels were not clean, and I even found what appeared to be blood stains on some of the towels. The gym was also poorly maintained.
The gym had a very bad smell, and the smell extended throughout the entire floor. It made using the facilities very uncomfortable.
Another major issue was that the AC in the corridors was not working. When we mentioned this to one employee we met near the elevator, he showed no concern and did not seem to take the complaint seriously.
The customer service was equally disappointing. The morning receptionist had a very poor attitude. When I asked for the hotel's contact number so I could follow up on my refund, he simply replied, "I don't know, Google it." This is completely unacceptable behavior for a hotel that claims to provide five-stars service.
Overall, the poor cleanliness, lack of maintenance, and unprofessional staff made this one of the worst hotel experiences I've had. I would not recommend this hotel.

The size of the room. They offered a completary extra bed given how small the twoin beds were.
The booking was done through booking.com which this hotel consider it as a partner booking. So the day before my actaul reservation date I got a message from the property that I need to confirm my reservation by calling them. I did, where they were not ready to confirm anything not the room type, non-smoking/smoking (mentioning that it depends on availability). Only after my insistance did they agree to confirm the type of non-smoking room. Then they asked for when I land and I had given a time. Exactly at the time while I was still collecting the baggage I received a message and a call whether I am actually coming to the hotel. All this was very absurd given I have reserved the room. It felt like they were really not ready to hold the room.
Between the hotel is under renovation which is not mentioned anywhere. The room mentions twin beds,n upgrade which are rather small (does not fit a family of 4) and in my view the photos are quite deceiving. I had asked the lady during the reservation call whether our family of 4 would fit in this room and she was happy to confirm that it actually does but that was not true.
The hotel is dated and needs some renovation. The carpets, rooms and bathroom etc need an upgrade. Our room had some dirt still left behind by the old guests.
I expected an ITC level hotel but was disappointed. Atleast the price and service levels did not match.
