Beds are comfortable, enough towels.
While flushing the WC dirty water was running and bathroom floor was full of with long hair ( housekeeping supervisor to pay more attention while inspecting the rooms)it seems like the room was out of service and at the end it was sold. when I ordered food from room service it took forever it happened same in my previous stay also.
The location and breakfast menu were excellent. However, the dining area and buffet counter were too long, and the layout could be rearranged to make serving food more convenient and efficient.
The housekeeping service needs improvement, as cleanliness was not up to expectations. In addition, maintenance work was ongoing during our stay, which created a dusty environment and affected the overall comfort of the hotel.
