Pros:

Hôtel superbement situé, et une vraie piscine

Cons:

Vieillot , les serviettes étaient déchirées... à un moment il faut réinvestir.
La bouilloire ne fonctionnait pas ...car la fiche d'alimentation est HS ...la baignoire faut peur tellement est d'un autre temps, le lavabo mériterait d'être re fixé...

Pros:

La localisation est parfaite.
Nous avons été upgradé pour une chambre avec balcon a notre arrivée....
Un problème de clé (par notre faute) a été réglé rapidement.
Piscine très bien. Petite mais très peu de monde dans l'hôtel...

Prix très très raisonnable. !

Cons:

La salle de bain est un peu vieillissante mais rien de grave.

Pros:

La gentillesse et l’accueil, toujours avec le sourire, du monsieur qui parle français et anglais : c’est ce qui a été le plus important durant notre séjour ! Hôtel sympa et rafraîchissant grâce à la belle piscine. Petit-déjeuner copieux. Le tour proposé par l’hôtel pour la visite de Hué était super. Le lit est très confortable.

the Pool was a bonus.
Pros:

friendly staff and thed hotel has a lot of character and its history is on display inside the hotel. receprion staff werer really helpful and organised transport for us. Recommended!

Idéalement situé. Proche du centre ville mais dans une petite ruelle donc au calme.
Cité impériale à proximité.
Personnel disponible, à l'écoute et attentionné.
Nous avons eu accès à la piscine à 21h30 - 22h.
Génial aprés une journée de visite trés chargée sous un soleil de plomb

Pros:

Great location, just a short walk to Walking Street with loads of options for food and drinks if that's your thing. Surprisingly not too noisy at night either. The pool was a nice bonus on the hot days, really needed in Vietnam! Staff were lovely, very friendly and happy to give recommendations which was really helpful.

Cons:

The hotel is quite old and you can tell. Had some issues with the electrics in the room, the fridge kept switching off whenever we left, and the AC was a bit hit and miss, sometimes too hot, sometimes freezing, even with the same settings. Nothing major but could do with some updating.
