A comfortable and welcoming base for a short business stay in Kortrijk.
Pros:

A comfortable, clean hotel, well suited to a two- or three-night business trip. On-site parking is very convenient.

The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was clean, and housekeeping attended daily.

The reception area is compact and efficient, with a pleasant dining area and a couple of popular beers available at the bar. Breakfast offered a wide selection of pastries, fruit and yoghurts, along with good coffee.

The catering was transitioning to a new provider during my stay. The new catering owners were friendly and accommodating, and I look forward to trying their dinner menu on a future visit.

Fijn, diner erg teleurstellend!
Pros:

De slaapkamer en het bed waren goed. Het ontbijt was voortreffelijk!

Cons:

Het diner wat we hebben gehad was ronduit slecht! En het personeel was niet voor rede vatbaar. Moesten gewoon het volle pond betalen, ook al hadden ze het pasteitje maar weggelaten toen ze het bord na een klacht van mijn kant weer terug brachten. Echt heel slecht en echt niet te eten. Onze wens om samen het stoofvlees te nemen kon niet er was nog 1 over. Mijn man kreeg een paar stukjes varkenswang met saus erover. De huisgemaakte frieten kwamen gewoon uit een zak! Waten dezelfde als in een friettent. We waren moe na een hele autorit van een aantal uren en fit was een desillusie. Jammer! We moesten wel even 75.00 euro afrekenen .😡😒
