Cons:

Am rezervat o cameră premium cu vedere frontală la mare de 27 de metri și ne au dat alta Intr un alt corp lateral mult mai în spate, practic ne au dat toată vacanță peste cap, nu ne așteptam la așa ceva din partea unui lanț hotelier așa de mare, mergem în Spania în vacanță de 7 ani și de fiecare dată totul a fost la superlativ.
Ne au dat înapoi o compensație de 15 euro pe noapte pentru cele 5 nopți, deloc relevant în comparație cu cât am platit pentru rezervarea inițială de pe Booking, o rușine tot personalul de la recepție, pot spune chiar că au dat dovadă de rasism, au avut un comportament foarte urât și ne au dus cu vorba de la o zi la alta că se va rezolva și ne vor da camera rezervată! Din punctul nostru de vedere a fost o experiență foarte neplăcută, pe care nu o dorim nimănui!

Pros:

L'accueil, le personnel parle français, l'emplacement à deux minutes de la plage, la disposition et déco de la chambre , la machine à café ,le restaurant buffet , le petit déjeuner complet
Le premier 4 étoiles en Espagne qui m'a surpris par son offre de service et son ambiance (accueil, bar, restaurant) très chaleureuse.

Ubicación y habitaciones excelentes
Pros:

Toda la estancia fue muy buena pero hay que destacar la amabilidad del personal del bar.

Cons:

Las habitaciones están reformadas, pero todo lo demás está bastante anticuado, el olor de los pasillos creo que debido a la moqueta es un poco desagradable.

Хороший отель. Очень приятная девушка на ресепшене Maryam! Все грамотно спланировано, на завтраке 6 кофе машин, в разных местах, чтобы не было очередей. Везде чисто и убрано!! В следующий раз приедем на большее количество дней.
