The hotel was situated in a lovely location very close to the beach, and close to the bus stop which made it very easy to explore the island by bus. Lovely comfy bed and beautiful view from the window. Very friendly staff. Delicious freshly made pizza in the restaurant and the pre ordered breakfast choices were also good.
Water pressure in the shower wasn't the best, and the hot water suddenly turned cold half way through my shower before going scalding hot and back to warm again.
Restaurant advertised on booking.com as being Italian which would have been ideal for us fussy eaters, however, this turned out not to be the case. The hotel website itself said that it is a bistro style restaurant which it is.
The staff were very helpful on arrival and departure, helping with luggage (our room was at the top in a room with sloping roof, but we did book late.
Great breakfast and food in general was excellent - we had a lovely evening meal in the restaurant on our first night. Great views overlooking the bay.
Parking was fine - plenty of space on the road opposite the Co-op !

The room was very warm and had no fan ( or able to access fan) and can’t open window due to midges,stairs were steep and only one handrail at certain points ,bed was quite noisy and when you moved at night it was very annoying ,also the en-suite door handle was very noisy and could do with a spray of wd 40 to stop it making a racket in middle of night when going to bathroom

Layout of rooms under the eaves a bit awkward, room furniture and fittings a bit basic and dated.
