Wish we could have stayed longer
Pros:

Amazing characterful house, very comfortable room, great size. Dinner was lovely with very helpful and friendly staff. Beautiful town, accommodation is right in the Altstadt with access to lots of restaurants and cafes.

Pros:

Unheimlich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sehr gutes Frühstück. Wer sich vorab erkundigt, weiß das es ein älteres Gebäude ist und die Räumlichkeiten entsprechend kleiner sind vor allem das Bad ist gewoehnungsbeduerftig da es sehr klein ist und je nach Etage nur eine kleine Badewanne enthält, in der man wirklich nur sitzen kann

Große Enttäuschung von Anfang bis zum Ende.

Die Lage des Hotels ist schön.

Cons:

Ich bin weder mit dem Hotel noch mit booking zufrieden, was diese Buchung angeht. Wir mussten innerhalb der Stornofirst aus Gesundheitsgründen von drei auf zwei Zimmer reduzieren, Booking hat trotzdem drei Zimmer abgebucht - die Differenz habe ich bis heute nicht bekommen. Das Hotel hat sich auf Anfrage lapidar für nicht zuständig erklärt (was verständlich ist) - gleichzeitig hätten sie anbieten können, hier zu unterstützen. Das Hotel selber war zwar zentral und von außen hübsch, innen aber etwas abgewohnt. Am störendsten war der Geruch in unserem Zimmer (Abluft von der Küche, anfangs auch noch der Lärm vom Küchenventilator, der dann auf Beschwerde hin abgestellt wurde). Im Bad stank es furchtbar nach Zigaretten, was nach meiner Vermutung aus der Lüftung kommen musste, die evtl. zum Raucherplatz des Personals führte - denn Fenster hat das Bad nicht. Es ist zudem ein Mini-Sitzbad in der Schräge - für eine Nacht geht es, aber bei dem Preis eigentlich eine Zumutung. Das Frühstück war auf dem Tisch eingestellt, mit Bergen billiger Extrawurst und kalten Eiern - viel zu viel und nicht frisch weil schon ewig davor am Tisch. Haben uns geweigert, dieses Frühstück zu bezahlen - was auch akzeptiert wurde, vor allem aufgrund der anderen Aspekte.

Altes Badhaus - tolles Hotel.
Pros:

Odenwald-Tour 3. Tag mit den E-Bikes. Kleines aber sehr schönes Hotel. Im unteren Bereich sehr gutes Restaurant.
Personal/Service super freundlich, hilfsbereit was will man mehr. Zimmer sauber, etwas klein (altes Badhaus eben) aber mehr als ausreichend. Im Bad war eine Badewanne verbaut. aber wunderschön und mal was anderes. Das Frühstück mit viel Liebe und Auswahl am Tisch serviert. Alles da was das Herz begehrt. E-Bikes können in einem separaten Haus (keine 2. Minuten entfernt) sicher untergestellt werden. Alles in allem hat es uns sehr gut gefallen.

Frühstück zu teuer und spät - haben in einer Bäckerei gefrühstückt.

Das Zimmer unterm Dach war sehr / zu warm !

Dritte Etage ohne Aufzug ist für Radreisende recht schlecht!

Die Lage mitten in Eberbach war sehr gut.

Cons:

Sehr kleines Badezimmer mimt so niedrigen Decken, dass ein aufrechtes Duschen unmöglich war. Die Badewanne sollte dringend erneuert werden.
