Torneremo!!
Pros:

Hotel stupendo, molto accogliente e curato. Il personale di sala è attento e preciso. La spa è piccola ma con tutto il necessario (sala relax, sauna, bagno turco e idromassaggio). Un paradiso!

Hotel oltre le aspettative !!!
Pros:

Abbiamo soggiornato per 5 notti. L'Hotel è molto bello e pulito, tutto lo staff è stato gentilissimo (sia in reception che nel ristorante). Colazione ottima, con torte artigianali e cornetti fatti in casa davvero ottimi, anche le marmellate davvero ottime. Presente anche, per chi volesse, la colazione internazionale abbastanza fornita.

Le camere super pulite, noi alloggiavamo in una superior (numero 510) quindi con una vista magnifica sulle montagne.
Menzione particolare alla ristorazione, avendo la mezza pensione abbiamo cenato sempre in hotel, la scelta era tra 4 antipasti, 4 primi e 4 secondi (e ogni giorni cambiavano). Tutto ciò che abbiamo mangiato ci è piaciuto moltissimo (e devo dire che noi siamo abituati a ristoranti stellati), quindi complimenti allo chef e alla sua brigata.
Abbiamo anche pranzato alcune volte (quindi pagando a parte), i piatti sono ancora più ricercati e gli impiattamenti ancora più belli... i prezzi, beh, un po' altini, ma vista la qualità ed il luogo, ci può stare.

Per concludere, la piazzetta principale del paesino è proprio dietro l'hotel, quindi si può uscire e fare una breve passeggiata percorrendo poi la via principale, arrivare alla fine e tornare indietro (10minuti a piedi) godendo appieno la vista delle meravigliose case, del verde, delle montagne e del silenzio.

Cons:

Se proprio dovessi trovare il pelo nell'uovo, direi:
- A colazione l'unica alternativa senza lattosio era il latte, poi per il resto non c'era nulla... niente cornetti vegan, niente torte senza lattosio o roba simile.
- In camera abbiamo avuto per due giorni le tazzine da caffè sporche e un vassoio (che abbiamo dovuto riportare noi giù) ed il posacenere del balconcino non è stato mai svuotato.
Ripeto, proprio per essere pignoli eh...!

Relax tra i monti
Pros:

Lo staff è stato super comprensivo e disponibile con noi, ma soprattutto con il nostro bimbo di 20 mesi! Hanno tutti interagito con lui in maniera eccezionale.

Cons:

Ci sarebbe piaciuta più scelta al bar per le merende, ma è più un consiglio che una valutazione negativa
