Well the food on Friday night 9pm in our room was excellent quality and value, we had a chicken baguette which was fully loaded and delicious 😋
No sauces on tray
The room was very clean and welcoming. The bathroom was spotless. Loved all the little touches with the biscuits, tea and coffee sachets, and the mini toiletries.
Not exactly the hotels fault, but the traffic noise outside, people on the street all chatting, and the church bells going off every 15 minutes that kept me awake most of the night.
Great place to stay!comfortable and enjoyable!
Nothing
Good location, perfect for short stays and easy access to supermarkets and restaurants and very close to bus stops. The room was nice, clean, comfy. The tea, coffee and snacks provided were good. The staff was helpful when approached with issues and the check-in and check-out process was easy.
WiFi issues. The staff were helpful but still the signal was poor two floors upstairs. I had to listen to a few lectures online but had to use my phone internet in the end. The small fridge had limited cooling and could be better as it might otherwise lead to food going bad.
It was very good
It was comfortable and clean enough but the bed was quite noisy when you moved in it. I'm a fairly light sleeper so if I hadn't been so utterly exhausted due to feeling unwell, I think this could have woken me up in the night. Was pleased to see that there was a mini fridge in the room, until I realised it didn't work.
A bed that doesn't make a noise when you move in it.
The location.
Bit more choice on breakfast but what u got full English was huge
The staff were excellent - were super helpful . Breakfast was excellent, room warm
Beds comfortable
Pub bar was ok
Very poor quality room. Twin room had two “beds” practically on the floor. I’m 71 years old and found difficulty getting in and out of my bed - it was just a mattress on the floor.
Location.
WiFi was a bit difficult to use. No food available on evening I stayed
