Hotel, pub, restaurant, tout y est pour un séjour très agréable, sur une petite place tranquille, dans un petit village écossais.

Das Abendessen war sehr lecker.
Einen Parkplatz gibt es direkt hinter dem Haus.
Da es ein altes Gebäude ist, musste man die Koffer die Treppen hochschleppen. Unter dem Teppich im Flur waren die Diele schief und unebenen zu laufen.
The location is very nice and quiet. The hotel has plenty of spaces - indoors and outdoors - for relaxation or socialising. The food menu was surprisingly good (considering rural Scotland) for a vegetarian.
The bar and restaurant staff tend to be very slow to respond. However, when they do, they are attentive and pleasant.
The breakfast was exceptional. Lots of choices on the one that was included in the room booking. We stayed two days to explore the National Park. It was easy to get to major places and Tarland was free of tourist crowds so it was peaceful to return there. We traveled for 3.5 weeks in the UK and the two dinners we had there were the best of the trip. Parking is no problem and was right in front of the hotel. The town has walking trails so we took a wonderful walk to the nearby stone circle on paths the bordered fields. The staff and owners were very helpful and friendly. the rooms were quiet and in excellent condition. If we get to come back, we will stay here.

The hotel was lovely, the lady when I arrived was most welcoming. The place was very clean. lovely, comfy bed. Even a hot water bottle should i have needed one.
I would definitely stay again if im in the area.
The only tiny thing was there was Christmas music on in the dining area on 31st August, tiny bit too soon.
I was well looked after by the staff.
The location is great as we were visiting a family member nearby.we stayed last year as well as we really liked the hotel.
Room 4 was lovely with a comfortable bed. Tea and coffee facilities,plenty of sockets for charging.
Shout out to Mo who served us breakfast great fun and served us with a lovely smile. ❤️
