Hotel descuidado, lo pensaría para volver
Pros:

Acceso al mar en una playa privada (pequeña)

Cons:

Infraestructura deteriorada: vidrio roto del restaurante, piso quinto con baldosas rotas, rejillas de aire acondicionado deteriorado, mueble de guardar la ropa roto, madera de puerta principal vieja, baños tapados en habitación y lobby, pilas de caja fuerte descargadas. Productos de limpieza usados con olor muy fuerte (nos obligó a cambio de habitación)

A localização e a vista são excelentes. Funcionários atenciosos

Cons:

Instalações mal conservadas. Banho frio durante todos os dias da estadia, sempre com uma desculpa diferente sobre a caldeira e com algum atendente dizendo que desconhecia o problema.

Pros:

La ubicación es execional, el contar con el acceso a la playa aunque pequeña es más que suficiente si no quieres las playas agetreadas, su vista es única, la piscina aunque no la usamos es única con esa vista, el bar de la piscina muy bien atendido muy amable quien trabaja ahí, para los tours te queda el puerto a 2 cuadras, las habitaciones son cómodas, el aire se pidia controlar cosas que se agrad ce ya que no es bueno tener que dormir con el aire al 1000, el personal de recepción muy atento, un hotel cómodo para descansar y como mencionaba al inicio su ubicación, fabulosa, cerca al centro, a restaurantes, a la playa principal, todo lo tienes a pocas cuadras y en una zona muy Segura, además de que tienes farmacias, restaurantes y un súper 24/7 a media cuadra.

Cons:

Desafortunadamente no todo es bueno, algunos días el menú del bufette no fue variado, solo dieron una sola opción de almuerzo (bandeja paisa) y ya, al igual que los snacks de un día, muy regulares, la limpieza debe mejorar, debe ser más detallada en la habitación, es solo de poner un poco más de empeño en los baños, y algo que si fuera de que el hotel prestará atención es en no dejar decaerlo pues le está haciendo falta ya mantenimiento a las zonas comunes y los baños de las habitaciones.

Pros:

El personal espectacular!!! Estamos muy agradecidos con Ender, Thomas, Lizeth, Saray, Daniel, Rafael. Los espacios son amplios, la comida es deliciosa. La ubicación súper!!! Todo es cerca desde el hotel. Escogimos la habitación con vista al mar ufff 😍. La verdad lo recomiendo.
