Pros:

El personal espectacular!!! Estamos muy agradecidos con Ender, Thomas, Lizeth, Saray, Daniel, Rafael. Los espacios son amplios, la comida es deliciosa. La ubicación súper!!! Todo es cerca desde el hotel. Escogimos la habitación con vista al mar ufff 😍. La verdad lo recomiendo.

Lo único que nos gustó del hotel fue su excelente ubicación, las instalaciones de la piscina y el espacio privado frente al mar, que hacen muy agradable el entorno.

Desde nuestra llegada nos informaron en repetidas ocasiones que la habitación sería entregada antes de las 3:00 p. m. Aunque ofrecí pagar un valor adicional para ingresar antes, ni siquiera así cumplieron con lo prometido. Finalmente, me entregaron la habitación alrededor de las 5:00 p. m., dos horas después del horario oficial de check-in. Esta situación evidenció una falta de organización y de respeto por el tiempo de los huéspedes, y marcó negativamente nuestra experiencia desde el momento de la llegada.

Las habitaciones se encuentran bastante deterioradas y no corresponden a la categoría de un hotel de cuatro estrellas. El agua caliente no está disponible durante todo el día, sino únicamente en ciertos horarios. Además, gran parte del hotel está en remodelación, pero lo que se observa son únicamente retoques de pintura para disimular el desgaste de las instalaciones, sin una mejora real de la infraestructura.

El servicio de desayuno también fue deficiente. Aunque informan que el horario es hasta las 10:00 a. m., antes de esa hora ya empiezan a recoger la comida y los utensilios, obligando a los huéspedes a terminar apresuradamente.

Lo más grave ocurrió cuando olvidamos un celular en la habitación 1107. Nos comunicamos inmediatamente con el hotel por teléfono y también enviamos un mensaje a través de Booking. Nunca recibimos respuesta ni una llamada de regreso. Posteriormente, el celular fue apagado y nunca apareció. La falta de colaboración y de interés por ayudar fue totalmente inaceptable.

Las duchas son muy pequeñas y la presión del agua es deficiente. En general, la atención del personal fue poco amable, con respuestas de mala gana y una actitud que en ningún momento hizo sentir bienvenido al huésped.

En Booking este hotel aparece clasificado con cuatro estrellas, pero, por la calidad de sus instalaciones y del servicio, personalmente no le daría más de dos.

El aire no se podía regular. Tenías que tenerlo día y noche prendido y en temperaturas muy bajas.
El personal súper grosero.
Las habitaciones con humedades, goteras, y ventanales malos.
