Sehr freundliches Personal
Waren geschäftlich da und mussten leider um eine bestimmte Uhrzeit frühstücken und es war einfach zu voll. Wir haben eine ganze Zeit keinen Platz gefunden.

Bardzo udany pobyt. Hotel czysty, nowoczesny i świetnie położony. Przemiła obsługa, smaczne śniadania i komfortowe pokoje. Z przyjemnością tu wrócimy!

Zentral zur Innenstadt gelegen. Zum Strand sind es ca. 15 Minuten gewesen.
Es gab nur eine Bettdecke.
Die Lage ist top. Keine 5 Minuten zum Bahnhof und der Strand ist ebenfalls fussläufig erreichbar.
Bequeme Betten, wobei wir zwei einzelne Betten hatten. Das Frühstück war auch sehr gut und vielfältig.
Checkin gegen 18 Uhr. Zimmer war nicht fertig obwohl es ab 15 Uhr fertig sein sollte. Mussten 10 Minuten warten. War etwas nervig.
Der Feuermelder piepste durchweg. Auf unsere Meldung / Beanstandung gab es keine Rückmeldung. Nichts. Für ein Hilton Hotel schon schwach.
Bettwäsche war fleckig, Handtücher mit Loch und einzelne Haare im Bad. Kann passieren, sollte es aber nicht.
Beim Service muss noch nachgebessert werden.

Très bon hôtel standard de grande chaîne, avec un petit balcon sympa à la chambre. Très bon petit-déjeuner. Environnement agréable bien qu'un peu éloigné de la ligne de côte.

Nikt nam nie powiedział, że sprzątanie pokoju jest TYLKO na życzenie, nie otrzymaliśmy też do tego odpowiednich zawieszek na drzwi. Dowiedzieliśmy się o tym dzień przed wyjazdem...
