Clean, friendly, definitely stay here again
Pros:

Close enough to the center, but far enough way from the crowds, breakfast was exceptional, our room was amazing loads of space and the additional kitchen area was a bonus

Very nice room but don’t count on customer service to take care of you.

The room was very nice and clean.

Cons:

The client service was … confusing. You pay a good amount of money and I guess the room makes it worth it but the people were a bit nonchalant. I couldn’t understand the lady who checked us in, she didn’t even say hi when we arrived and didn’t look me in the eyes when she would speak. I had to ask for her to repeat everything she said because she wouldn’t articulate, I was a little frustrated to be honest. Nothing was explained to us, there are qr codes everywhere if you want information which is good and nice but I really missed the connection to people, being taken care of just a tiny little bit is also part of checking into a nice hotel, or so I thought. When we checked out, I asked if everything was in order, they said yes, I received an email 10 minutes later asking us to come back because we didn’t pay for the the dog ( yes because its “dog friendly” but you have to pay 10 dollars for every night you stay which … is ridiculous to be honest. And your dog isn’t allowed to come to breakfast with you either.)

Cons:

Parcheggio non incluso nel prezzo. L'unico parcheggio coperto vicino costa la bellezza di 30£ al giorno.
Ascensore che si muoveva sulla base della chiamata. Se eri al primo piano e dovevi raggiungere la hall ma qualcuno chiamava l'ascensore dal settimo, finivi al settimo e finchè tutti non dovevano raggiungere lo stesso piano si continuava a fare su e giù.
Camere poco insonorizzate, si sentivano tutti i rumori dei vicini.

Prime welcome in prime location.
Pros:

Amazing location (especially for graduation). Great that we could take our dog and that the reception staff were so lovely to her. Room was spotless and bed super comfortable.

Cons:

Only the price, but that’s because it was a graduation weekend. Another lift would have been nice!

Pros:

Great large room and bonus with the kitchenette. Plenty space for 3 adults sharing. Really comfortable beds.

Cons:

The breakfast was really good and a lot to choose from but the coffee shop area where you eat it needs to be a bit bigger.
