My stay was excellent. I am excited to return for repeat stay.
Pros:

Experience with all areas used went very well. Being opposite St. James Station made it so easy to quickly get around London.

Cons:

I had thought someone removed to TV remote from the room in error at a time, but it was my fault who did not realize it had only been moved to another end in the room.

Higly recommended
Pros:

The most comfortable bed ever. The room altogether was just wonderful. The extra mile was really noticeable: sweet treats as a welcome gift in the room and access to the hotel lounge once my room was not ready yet at check-in. The breakfast was delicious and diverse.
