We had amazing breakfasts and dining at our wonderful stay at Hotel de Russie, Mario was very warm and took great care of us at breakfast. The selection was wonderful each day. We tried all the dining options at the hotel and were never disappointed with the service or the food - amazing experience! The hotel / room was spotless and very comfortable. The staff and concierge went above and beyond each day - outstanding service and warmth. Thank you all.

Great location, food and usually service but for last night as we were there while a wedding had booked a significant space. Service was less attentive than normally sue to the focus being the wedding, we believe.

Ate lunch in the garden restaurant. Wow just amazing. Food was delicious and service from LISSETH was superb. Felt so looked after and special. A real treat for our Rome trip.
Diego was the most amazing man ever. He was the most help and truly made this experience amazing. I was able to relate to him as a brother and spoke Spanish with him which was very comforting. He was so educated and well mannered, I have nothing but good stuff to say about this hotel, resturant, bar, and service.

Our server Paola was AMAZING! She spoke to my family in English (super helpful). She attended us with so much care! I would definitely come back again. The drinks were great. Love this spot during my drink in Rome, a must visit!

This is the best hotel in Rome. The comfort and luxury of the rooms and amenities are of the highest quality, the staff are warm, friendly, professional and very helpful with bookings and advice. I needed to acquire a suit for an exclusive club with two hours notice and they knew exactly where I should go to align my budget with high quality and accessibility (Boggi in Via Babuino). The breakfast is one of the most delightful experiences you can have and sipping a cocktail in the Stravinsky bar was delightful. It could not get any better.

Very happy with our stay here! The location was great, close to a lot of sites but quiet and relaxing inside the hotel. The service was wonderful and everyone was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a great way to start the day. Good food, friendly service and a beautiful garden behind you!
