Pros:

Awesome location!! Right on the boulevard with own terrace directly at the lake. Was good to reach by car and drop off luggage. Parking close by within 5 minutes walking.

Cons:

No airconditioning :-(

Pros:

La chambre est très, très bien située avec balcon et vue sur le lac. Le personnel est très accueillant et souriant. parfait pour un séjour lacustre. La plage n'est pas loin.

Wir waren schon mehrmals da und werden bestimmt wieder nach Ascona reisen.
Pros:

Die Lage direkt an der Fussgängerpromenade ist Top 👍. Sehr schön um Ascona zu erkunden mit all den schönen schmalen Gassen.

Gepflegtes Hotel mit unschlagbarer Aussicht und Lage
Pros:

Nettes Personal, da in fussgängerzone konnte man mit auto 🚗 vorfahren, ausladen . Hatten eine parkkarte vom hotel (fr20/tag) parkieren in „Migros pp“ (ca 8 min zu fuss - perfekt und einfach. Zimmer war klein aber für meine mutter und mich ideal. Sie konnte sich überall festhalten (auch in wc) da alles „in griffnähe“ - kleiner balkon mit 2 stühlen- super schöne sicht auf den see genau vis a vis anlegestelle schiff - lift vorhanden - nicht geeignet für Rollstuhl - ist auch nicht barrierefrei (treppen absätze etc) Rollator ok.

Cons:

Hat Lift - jedoch extrem klein - nicht für Rollstuhl geeignet! Frühstück müsste im nebenhotel eingenommen werden fr 26/pers
- haben wir nicht gebucht - tipp: restaurant Nostrano ca 100 m serviert kleines frühstück für Fr 11/pers.

Für einen Kurzaufenthalt absolut empfehlenswert
Pros:

Die wunderschöne Lage am See... (ist auch ein Nachteil siehe unten)
Die Nähe zur Altstadt und viele schöne Restaurants in direkter Umgebung.
Die Erreichbarkeit von Parkhäusern und Bahnhof zu Fuss.

Cons:

Die wunderschöne Lage am See, wurde leider durch eine nächtliche Party, direkt neben dem Hotel, durch erhebliche Lärmbelastung überschattet.

Dass das Frühstück in einem anderen Haus eingenommen werden musste war schwierig für uns, aufgrund Gehbehinderung und dort keinen einfachen Einstieg!
