Pros:

O quarto era excelente, amplo e novo, café da manhã bom e funcionários muito prestativos. Apesar da obra o quarto sempre muito limpo, equipe de camareiras excelente.

Cons:

A obra na recepção causa um certo transtorno, mas faz parte e ta ficando muito bonito.

Dirty dusty and not worth the money I stay! Please if the hotel is undergoing a big renovation atleast closed it!

The property is Under renovation and we arrived there not knowing it is! It was a messy and dusty hotel and amenities cannot been used until our last day and Mind you we stay 8 days probably. We book this hotel because it advertise the gym,sauna,rooftop pool that can’t be used because it’s under renovation, upon check in the front desk agent didn’t even say sorry our says that all amenities can’t be used on rooftop cause it’s under renovation! We just discover it by ourself!
Hopefully they email us or message us saying that the hotel is under renovation so we can find another better one! I demand a partial refund for my stay if possible! Please contact me at my email

Cons:

The renovation they closed amenities and and a dusty hotel during my entire stay! The thing is I cannot cancel this reservation when I arrived cause it’s not refundable! So hopefully this thing i experienced give us a partial refund for the big inconvenience they let us!

Pros:

Localização excelente, o prédio está em reforma, mas isso não atrapalhou em bada. Está ficando lindo

Cons:

O único ponto negativo foi o ar condicionado do quarto. A instalação feita , há um acesso do quarto para a parte de fora onde a condensadora gera muito barulho. Esse barulho passando todo pra dentro do quarto, quando ele disparava, parecida que ia explodir e isso nos assustava.

Buena excelente relación precio calidad.
Pros:

El hotel aún está en remodelación y está quedando muy bien, habitaciones cómodas y lo mejor el desayuno, es diverso y el espacio dónde se sirve es amplio

Esta en reparación pero el personal no lo deja sentir. E s de ⁴ estrellás

Cons:

Se inundó la habitación por el aire y vinieron a arreglar cuando ya nos íbamos a retirar falta de privacidad en último momento pero muy bueno todo muy bien

El personal de recepción muy amable, compartiéndonos consejos para movernos en los alrededores. A pesar de que estaban en trabajos de remodelación en el área de recepción, en ningún momento nos incomodó. La habitación súper limpia y el desayuno que sirven, excelente al igual que la ubicación, a unas 3 cuadras de la playa en Copacabana y muy cerca de tiendas y restaurantes.

Hotel avec rénovation de qualité
Pros:

Personnel sympa et toujours disponible
2 lits king size!!!

Cons:

La 1ère chambre, au-dessus de la cuisine, était très bruyante.
La 2nde, côté rue, l'était encore plus.
La 3ème était parfaite
La piscine en terrasse n'était pas ouverte (travaux en cours)

Cafe da manha era muito bom.

O hotel esta em reforma. Barulho, sujeira e caos.
Alem disso,
Minha internet nao funcionou no quarto. Tive que trabalhar de outro lugar.
As toalhas e roupas de cama ja sao bem antigas e usadas, apesar do andar que eu ter ficado estar razoavelmente reformado
