マッターホルンよ、ありがとう
Pros:

ロケーションが最高　朝食の時にマッターホルンの全貌を見ながら食べれた。

Cons:

空調が無くて、扇風機もなくて、帰ってきて、冷たい風呂に浸かるしかなかった。
冷蔵庫がないのでビールの部屋飲みが缶ビール、一本まで。

Downgraded my room booking…disappointing
Pros:

Great location, a few meters from the town’s main shopping and dining street but in a quieter location. Great pastries and i love that they have a nice afternoon tea selection for all their guests. Beautiful Matterhorn view on the dining patio. Staff at the reception and dining hall are super nice and very accommodating, even the hotel taxi driver was very helpful and nice

Cons:

I booked a Matterhorn view room, i booked the hotel for this reason but because I have an 11 year old son (who can btw co sleep with me in the big bed), they moved me to a family room without a view facing the neighbors which was my biggest disappointment. Not staying in this hotel again. They ruined my expectation of a nice view

夜が長いため、外に出歩いてばかりの人にはコスパ悪い
Pros:

マッターホルンビューで有名な日本人橋横のホテル。
ホテルからの眺めは最高です。
泊まった部屋はマッターホルンビューでしたが、向かいのホテルが少し被っていたのは残念、、、
中と外の両方にプールあり。中にはサウナ、雪のサウナ、裸ゾーンに6部屋ほど個室サウナがありましたが、ガラス扉で丸見えです。全て混浴。水着を忘れずに。
部屋にも湯船付きだったので、登山で疲れた体にはかなり癒されました。
湧水も部屋にボトルで用意があり、無料です。ただ街に湧水はたくさんあるので、水筒を持っていくことをオススメします。
ラウンジでお茶とケーキが楽しめます。

Cons:

一人旅なので、シングルルームにしましたが、シングルベッドでした。せめてセミダブルにしていただきたい。

not a quality hotel it tries to seem
Pros:

.Only the location, good ski room and closeness to ski bus were really great, otherwise not worth the price it costs.

Cons:

the spa area was unacceptable for this level of hotel, the pools,arecin fact rather smsll hottubs full of other guests, the water is highly chlorinated, the saunas are simple unusable as they are built wring with chemical materisls and extremely low humidity, it us not functioning and was build for appearance, not for function, likrly but a provider with zero experience in building such facilities. Mattress are expensive but very uncomfortable, overall thevhotel feel like it should look posh and expensive, but in facts it is some slightly redorated old building prentending to be luxury facilities

Fantastisches Hotel mit Top-Lage, Matterhorn-Blick vom Balkon, starkem Morgenbuffet und schönem Spa.
Pros:

Unser Aufenthalt im Hotel La Couronne in Zermatt war einfach hervorragend. Die Lage ist unglaublich: zentral, ruhig und ideal gelegen, um die wichtigsten Ausflugsziele in Zermatt bequem zu erreichen. Die Gornergrat Bahn, die Standseilbahn nach Sunnegga sowie die Talstation der Zermatt Bergbahnen Richtung Matterhorn Glacier Paradise sind problemlos erreichbar.

Ein besonderes Highlight war unser Upgrade in ein Zimmer mit Balkon und direktem Blick aufs Matterhorn. Während sich am Morgen hunderte Menschen auf der Brücke versammelten, um die ersten Lichtstrahlen auf dem Matterhorn zu sehen, konnten wir dieses spektakuläre Erlebnis ganz entspannt von unserem eigenen Balkon aus geniessen. Das war wirklich unglaublich und definitiv einer der schönsten Momente unseres Aufenthalts.

Auch das Morgenbuffet war top: grosse Auswahl, sehr gute Qualität und ein perfekter Start in den Tag. Der Spa-Bereich ist ebenfalls ein echtes Plus. Nach dem Wandern kann man dort wunderbar entspannen, unter anderem in den Saunas oder in der Kältekammer.

Sehr aufmerksam fanden wir auch, dass ein Wanderrucksack zur Verfügung steht. Wir haben ihn zwar nicht gebraucht, aber genau solche Details zeigen, dass hier wirklich an die Gäste gedacht wird. Ebenfalls sehr praktisch ist der kostenlose Transport zum Bahnhof.

Alles in allem ein fantastisches Hotel mit traumhafter Lage, tollem Service, starkem Morgenbuffet und einem Spa, das nach einem Tag in den Bergen genau das Richtige ist. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Cons:

Das Restaurant war im Umbau. Die Alternativen sind aber nicht weit ;) Schäferstube, Julen, Du Pont und Avena waren alle top!

Merveilleux. À refaire 😊
Pros:

Emplacement idéal, belle chambre , spa et chambre à manger avec vue sur le Cervin . Personnel très agréable, qui nous renseigne avec gentillesse.
Petit-déjeuner copieux et varié.
Possibilité d’utiliser le spa le jour du départ même après le check out avec mise à disposition du peignoir et des pantoufles.

Uniek verblijf in Zermatt
Pros:

De service gedurende het ontbijt was heel goed, en was service-vriendelijk en zeer behulpzaam. De locatie is zeer centraal en onze kamer had een subliem uitzicht op de Matterhorn. Verder was de receptionist behulpzaam met het organiseren van de terugtransfer.

Cons:

Het ontbijt was in vergelijking met andere 4 sterren hotels welke wij in uw regio bezocht hebben, sober, was alles wel aanwezig maar in beperkte mate. Verder was er geen restaurant aanwezig, dit waren ze op dit moment aan het renoveren.

Ein Aufenthalt im Couronne ist immer sehr zu empfehlen.
Pros:

Zimmer hervorragend eingerichtet, sauber, die Möglichkeit für Cafe war gegeben, Bad mit Badewanne sehr geschätzt, einfach perfekt.
Wenn ich ferienhaber da wäre, hätte ich mir einen Balkon gewünscht.
Frühstück: alles was das Herz begehrt war da, ausserordenlich netter Service.
