Posizione bellissima con vista sopraelevata sul Cervino sia dalla piscina esterna che dalla SPA , giardino esterno delizioso e attrezzato con sedute , tavolini , ombrelloni e vasi fioriti che rendono lo spazio molto accogliente , superlativo il servizio del tè pomeridiano abbinato a torta e pasticcini incluso nel prezzo e fruibile nella veranda esterna con vista .

The breakfast area with a terrace and the view to Matterhorn made me happy every morning.
And the beautiful spa with very hot sauna and outdoor pool with the view to Matterhorn made me even happier in the evenings.

Miejsca do których chce się wracać to głównie zasługa spotkanych tam ludzi, a w hotelu Couronne są ludzie, którymi chcesz się otaczać. Przemiła obsługa, bardzo komunikatywna, która podejmuje wszelkie działania aby Twój pobyt w Zermatt był niezapomniany. Począwszy od komunikacji mailowej przed przyjazdem gdzie niezwłocznie odpowiadano na wszystkie moje pytania, przez miły uśmiech na codzień, życzenia i prezent urodzinowy za które jeszcze raz ogromnie dziękuję, po wsparcie w transferze na i z dworca oraz pomoc z kartą Peak Pass.
Hotel położony jest w świetnej okolicy, blisko centrum, ale jednak w bocznej uliczce więc wieczorem jest cisza i spokój. Pokoje są urządzone w tradycyjnym, górskim stylu, z nowoczesną łazienką i wszystkimi udogodnieniami (suszarka do włosów, tv, pięknie pachnące produkty pod prysznic). Bardzo podobała mi się strefa wellness, kilka saun w których można odpocząć, basen z jacuzzi pod dachem i basen odkryty z widokiem na Matterhorn. Wszystko czyste i zadbane, dodatkowo dostępna woda niegazowana, gazowana i detox oraz domowa herbata.
Śniadanie na najwyższym poziomie, urozmaicone, z lokalnymi, dobrej jakości produktami. Bardzo duży wybór dla wegetarian. Pyszne cappuccino!
Zermatt i okolice są fantastyczne aby miło spędzić czas, odpocząć od zgiełku, ten odpoczynek na pewno może zapewnić Couronne. Ja już wiem że na pewno tu wrócę.

マッターホルンの朝焼け；部屋のバルコニーからよく見ることでき、日本人橋に日の出にわざわざ行く必要がなかった

Ich habe nicht erwartet dass Sie mir eine Frühstückspaket vorgeschlagen würden, da ich bereits um 5-5.30 wandern gehe, konnte ich das Frühstück im Haus um ab 7:00 nicht nützen.
Der Saunabereich ist sehr sauber. Zudem bietet er einen tollen Blick auf das Matterhorn und auf dem Fluss, worüber ich sehr froh bin. Schade ist nur, dass der Bereich nur bis um 20h geöffnet ist. Ich verstehe dass vollkommen, man sollte den Blick geniessen können, bevor den Sonne untergeht.

Super Frühstück, schöner Spabereich, exzellente Aussicht.

Hervorragende Lage im Dorfzentrum mit spektakulärem Blick auf das Matterhorn; Deluxe DZ mit Matterhorn-Blick waren den Mehrpreis wert. Frühstücksbuffet grosszügig, in schön möbliertem und gestalteten Raum mit verglastem Wintergartenausblick auf das Matterhorn. Sehr schöner SPA mit Sauna, Kälteraum, In- und Outdoor-Pool. Personal sehr freundlich.

The atmosphere of the hotel is exceptional. The staff was so kind and helpful, they always kept smiling. For me, the location was perfect, max. 10 mins walk from Zermatt train station and everything (cable car stations, restaurants, shops, main sightseeing spots) was so close. I was speechless because of the view from my hotel room. I really loved the bed and the blanket, the room was clean and comfortable. You can sign to ths staff using a QR code if you do not want your room to be cleaned next day, in this way to support the protection of the environment. I also tried the spa that is really cozy and best place to relax. Spending several minutes in a snow room was avreal challenge. My favourite was the breakfast room, a very nice white-colored built-in terasse with big windows go to Matterhorn mountain. Breakfast contains wide range of variety, everything was fresh and tasty. Next time coming here as well, for sure. I can recommend this place to try.

A Wonderful Stay with an Unforgettable Matterhorn View
La Couronne Hotel enjoys an excellent location. Sitting on the balcony and looking directly at the majestic Matterhorn—especially when the summit glows golden in the morning sunlight—was an unforgettable experience.
From the balcony, we could also see many visitors stopping by the bridge below to take photos of this iconic view. It made us appreciate even more how privileged we were to enjoy the same magnificent scenery peacefully from our own room.
The breakfast was fresh, varied, and absolutely delicious. Our sincere thanks to all the hotel staff for their hard work, warm hospitality, and attentive service. We had a truly memorable stay and would be delighted to return!

Fantastic location... Ana was so welcoming and helpful... the spa and relaxation pool were excellent. Overall service was exceptional! And, the room with the balcony view of the Matterhorn was priceless!
