Exceptional view, lovely atmosphere
Pros:

The atmosphere of the hotel is exceptional. The staff was so kind and helpful, they always kept smiling. For me, the location was perfect, max. 10 mins walk from Zermatt train station and everything (cable car stations, restaurants, shops, main sightseeing spots) was so close. I was speechless because of the view from my hotel room. I really loved the bed and the blanket, the room was clean and comfortable. You can sign to ths staff using a QR code if you do not want your room to be cleaned next day, in this way to support the protection of the environment. I also tried the spa that is really cozy and best place to relax. Spending several minutes in a snow room was avreal challenge. My favourite was the breakfast room, a very nice white-colored built-in terasse with big windows go to Matterhorn mountain. Breakfast contains wide range of variety, everything was fresh and tasty. Next time coming here as well, for sure. I can recommend this place to try.

A Wonderful Stay with an Unforgettable Matterhorn View
La Couronne Hotel enjoys an excellent location. Sitting on the balcony and looking directly at the majestic Matterhorn—especially when the summit glows golden in the morning sunlight—was an unforgettable experience.
From the balcony, we could also see many visitors stopping by the bridge below to take photos of this iconic view. It made us appreciate even more how privileged we were to enjoy the same magnificent scenery peacefully from our own room.
The breakfast was fresh, varied, and absolutely delicious. Our sincere thanks to all the hotel staff for their hard work, warm hospitality, and attentive service. We had a truly memorable stay and would be delighted to return!

Fantastic location... Ana was so welcoming and helpful... the spa and relaxation pool were excellent. Overall service was exceptional! And, the room with the balcony view of the Matterhorn was priceless!

En fantastisk hotell på alle mulige måter
Pros:

Perfekt beliggenhet i sentrum. Utsikten fra hotell or rommene er perfekt mot Mattehorn, byen og fjellene rundt. Rommene meget delikate, flott bad og med balkong helt optimal utsikt. Spa området er stort med flere sauna, steam bad og 2 basseng - inne og ute med utsikt opp mot Matterhorn. Personalet er meget hyggelige og service minded. Etter lang fjell tur etter utsjekk fikk vi bruke spa anlegget før hjemturen. Tee time fra 14:00 meg te, kaffe frukt og kaker som kan nytes på en stor ute balkong med usjenert utsikt.

Cons:

Alt er helt perfekt.
