Given the very low price and moderate expectations, it overall slightly exceeded my expectations.
Pros:

​Parking here was really easy. On a positive note, the room had a well-functioning and pleasantly quiet air conditioner. The morning coffee was great (way better than in some other hotels), and you could enjoy breakfast on the first-floor terrace with an incredible view. Latté di soya and Latté di avena both was available directly in the morning.

Cons:

​The bed wasn't really comfortable—it was rather too hard. Plus, the Wi-Fi was down the entire time. As is so often the case in Southern Italy, the staff had very poor English skills.

everything was great, staff is friendly and helpful, i would definitely stay there again

Cons:

we went mid-August and it was very hot! when you leave the air conditioner gets turned off. I was sick for a couple of weeks days, and the room was so stuffy and hot. That's the only complaint. otherwise, we had as a nice stay. oh, the shower door was broken!

Un ottimo "stop & go"...
Pros:

Proprietario gentilissimo, ci è venuto a prendere all'aeroporto gratuitamente all'una e mezza di notte personalmente e la mattina dopo ci ha riportati. La struttura è curata, pulita, bisognosa sicuramente di una "rinfrescata", un ammodernamento. Prima colazione ottima con buona scelta di dolce e salato. Non abbiamo avuto il tempo di sfruttare alcun servizio, ma mi è sembrato in ottima posizione anche per chi fa vacanza-mare.

Good location with very bad management.
Pros:

Quite polite staff, cleaners

Cons:

Extremely uncomfortable broken and outdated beds, very noisy, without any kind of noise reduction. Poor and insufficient breakfast. Last three days we didn’t get a breakfast. In the morning there wasn’t hot water as well.

A pleasant hotel near a beautiful beach
Pros:

The hotel is located on a busy road, but a beautiful beach is just a 15-minute walk away. The rooms are clean and practical, and there is a shared terrace. Excellent Italian breakfast and perfect coffee. The owner Thomaso is very helpful; he drove us to dinner, to go shopping, and to the airport... Highly recommended!

Pros:

Cordialità e disponibilità dello staff (senza preavviso siamo arrivati in anticipo rispetto all’orario di check in e ci hanno preparato la stanza in un batter d’occhio) vicinanza dal mare raggiungibile anche con una tranquilla passeggiata di 15’

A szoba megfelelő volt: tiszta, kényelmes.
Egy törölt repülőgép járat miatt,azonnal éjszakai szállásra volt szükségünk. Emiatt éjszaka foglaltuk, majd jelentkeztünk be a szobába. Emiatt a legnagyobb pozitívum a tulajdonosnak jár, aki éjszaka befogadott minket és aki másnap reggel a csomagjainkkal együtt, a közeli repülőtérre is kivitt minket. Köszönjük a kedvességét!

Pros:

Nagyon kedves segítőkész volt a szállásadó. Egy nem tervezett utazás miatt kerestünk szállást, este 11 kor foglaltunk, hajnal 1 re értünk a szállásra és fogadott minket! A környéken sehol máshol nem tudtunk volna megszállni éjszaka. Örök hálánk érte.
