Top Lage, super Personal, etwas minimalistisch eingerichtet.
Pros:

Die Lage ist nicht zu überbieten. Die Fenster sind gut isoliert, so dass man den Lärm an der Promenade kaum hört. Das Frühstück ist sehr lecker. Das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich.

Cons:

Die Ausstattung im Zimmer war eher minimalistisch. Mir fehlte ein grosser Spiegel, Stauraum / Möglichkeiten um z.B. die Handtasche aufzuhängen und besseres Licht im Bad. Aber dies ist absolute Ansichtssache. Die Kissen waren nicht sehr bequem.

Pros:

Posizione top fronte lago, perfetta per un weekend relax. Pulizia ottima

Cons:

Il parcheggio non e' incluso nel prezzo e si deve parcheggiare nei parcheggi pubblici di Ascona, questo non e' chiaramente citato quando si prenota. Prezzo un po troppo alto per i servizi che offre, ma immagino sia dovuto alla location super sul lago.

Pros:

Die Lage direkt am See war super.
Der Balkon wie in einer Nische war meist kühl.

Cons:

Am Samstag wurden am Jazzfestival mehr Bühnen genutzt und wir hörten von 3 Bands die Musik.
Der Bass war viel zu stark und dröhnte furchtbar unangenehm

Sehr schönes Hotel an bestwr Lage, wahnsinnig freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal, tolle Küche.
Pros:

Sehr schönes Zimmer, tolle Ausstattung, gut klimatisiertes Zimmer.

Gute Lage in der Nähe der Promenade
Pros:

Die Lage ist sehr zentral, auch wenn der Name Lakefront eine noch bessere Lage erwarten lassen würde.

Cons:

Vom Lift zum Zimmer müssen Treppenstufen überwunden werden. Beim Eingang zum Badezimmer gibt es einen Absatz, welcher nicht gekennzeichnet ist. Es besteht die Gefahr, sich dort die Zehen zu brechen oder den Knöchel zu stauchen.

Ein kleines, charmantes Hotel mit freundlichem Service, sauberen Zimmern und gutem Restaurant. Die etwas begrenzte Frühs

* Kleines, charmantes Hotel mit angenehmer Atmosphäre.
* Freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal an der Rezeption.
* Das Zimmer war gut ausgestattet und sauber.
* Dusche und übrige Einrichtungen haben einwandfrei funktioniert.
* Das Restaurant hat uns überzeugt, das Essen war gut und wir erhielten als Hotelgäste 10 % Rabatt.
* Schöne Lage in Ascona und guter Ausgangspunkt, um die Promenade und den Ort zu erkunden.

Cons:

* Unser Zimmer befand sich im hinteren Bereich des Hotels und nicht direkt an der Promenade, wie wir aufgrund der Lage des Hotels erwartet hatten.
* Das Frühstück war in Ordnung, die Auswahl jedoch eher überschaubar.
* Bestimmte frische Produkte wie Gemüse oder zusätzliche Beilagen mussten offenbar im Voraus bestellt werden.
* Das Auto muss auf einem öffentlichen Parkplatz etwa 200 bis 300 Meter vom Hotel entfernt abgestellt werden.
* Die Parkgebühren von rund 20 bis 25 CHF pro Nacht empfanden wir als relativ hoch und als zusätzlichen Kostenpunkt, den man bei der Buchung berücksichtigen sollte.

Schöne Unterkunft am Lago Maggiore
Pros:

Sehr freundlicher Empfang. Gute Informationen zur Hotelanfahrt und Parkhaus. Schön Anlage , wir hatten unser Zimmer im Haus Nr. 11. Frühstücken ist und kann man im Café nebenan einnehmen. Wenn man im Restaurant vom Hotel ist und Cocktail trinkt, bekommt man 10% Ermäßigungen. Personal sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Das Badezimmer ist sehr klein
