Brilliant location amazing value!
Pros:

The location is super central! Can’t get any better than that. The staff were very helpful. We travelled with a 3 month old and everything was set up for us and it was super easy to be able to drop our baggage off right outside the hotel. The staff were very helpful and the breakfast was excellent!

la posizione è bella ma molto scomoda

Cons:

La struttura é scomoda dal punto di vista logistico. All’arrivo, con i bagagli, non è previsto alcun servizio di assistenza e le camere devono essere raggiunte a piedi portando personalmente le valigie, cosa poco pratica e piuttosto faticosa, soprattutto dopo un viaggio.

Great spring experience at a nice place; the Ticino ticket for free public transportation is a plus

Tolles Hotel an Toplage, jederzeit wieder gerne.
Pros:

Das Frühstücksbuffet ist toll und reichhaltig. Die Lage des Hotels erlaubt sogar einen Frühstückskaffee direkt am See zu nehmen.

Top Lage und sauber

Cons:

Extrem Ringhörig. Schlecht isolierte Türen und Wände. Es wurde offenbar nur eine Softrenovation eines alten Hauses gemacht.
Harte Betten wie im Schullager.Die Kissen sind viel zu aufgeblasen und man versinkt darin.
