I always know what I am going to get at a Hilton Garden Inn and this is was no different. Clean, friendly staff, and no nonsense. I was only there for a night and the hotel met my needs perfectly.

Our room was spacious and quiet. Enjoyed the large sitting area in the lobby so extended family could gather.
Great location, accessible to much of the Raleigh area and especially Cary. The room was clean, comfortable, and all our interactions with staff were pleasant and directly solved what few issues we did run into, when necessary.
Everything was solid. Nothing I'd note that needs improving.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was very good especially the Omelette cooked to order. Plenty of coffee and a good choice for the buffet .
We enjoyed using the gym and having a washing machine and tumble dryer was a real bonus.
Parking was also very useful to us.

The outdoor seating areas, size of suite and its amenities.
There was an immediate odor upon entry into the hotel, the elevator had a different odor and the suite had a different odor as well. There were spots on the floor near the vanity area that remained there for the 3 night stay we were there. Long strands of hair were on the floor near the toilet, AC/ heating unit in the bedroom was very noisy and absolutely filthy with build up of dust which is not good for anyone to breathe in, the safe was not operating, the door to the suite had very noticeable fingerprint smudges all over it, and although not needed, it was apparent the kitchenette pan/pot and utensils were missing.
Everything was perfect, check in, customer service and the room and location was awesome, clean ,updated, and comfortable. Breakfast services were awesome as well Well worth the time and money.

Only takeaway was a few towels had stains. And in the middle of the night I did encounter a creepy crawler.
