Clean, simple, comfortable

Cons:

Absence of nearby quality eating outlets.
This is a basic, budget pit-stop with no frills.
No problem with this but travellers need to accept it and come prepared

Ann/e located me my room closest to the reception having seen my luggage and dog which was very helpful indeed nothi
Pros:

Very busy place but the hotel was surprisingly quiet to rest as I was working :/
Ann/e at reception was lovely very helpful and friendly which is a rare find these days!

Cons:

I spent 3 nights here and nothing was replenished in my room, having to ask for toilet roll etc when I got back from work :/

Pros:

Good location between Cardiff and Bristol. Surprisingly clean motorway services next door. Food vouchers included (Full English Breakfast or other). Relatively quiet. Pet-friendly, with 15 EV chargers, including one slow charger for cheaper overnight charging.

It was a very pleasant stay in a beautiful part of the country. Can recommend using Days Inns.
Pros:

Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Food was substantial and good value for the money. All areas clean.

Cons:

Could have had a safety hand rail on the bath.

Cons:

Noisy outside at night. Shower was hard to control temperature wise and having a bath wasn't an option as the water pressure in the hot tap was so low it would have taken an hour or more to run a bath.

Good hotel, few eating options
Pros:

Good for transport links breaking up our journey. Comfortable rooms

Cons:

Very limited choice for eating. Pub is not walkable although Google maps says it is. So after 8pm only Macdonald's.

Comfy beds, large room and excellent value for money, would stay again

The bathroom needs some attention, but this wouldn’t effect my choice to stay again, as its still excellent value for money

Two night stay.
Pros:

Used the venue previously, so know generally what to expect.

Cons:

1) the room doors adjacent and opposite were noisey.
2) WC flushing: seems a problem as waste not being flushed on first, second or third attempt. Suggest it be rectified asap please.
