CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT
• Check-in: 2:00 PM
• Check-out: 12:00 noon
• Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and additional charges. Kindly contact us in advance for arrangements.
• A valid passport with a visa, or a Vietnamese government-issued ID, is required upon check-in.
TRANSPORTATION
• Complimentary shared speedboat transfers are provided based on the standard room occupancy and according to the resort schedule.
• Advance booking at least 48 hours prior is required for better arrangements.
• Pick-up points:
– Saigon Waterbus Station, Saigon Ward, Ho Chi Minh City
– Binh An Waterbus Station, An Khanh Ward, Ho Chi Minh City
• A surcharge will be applied for an extra guest.
• A surcharge will apply for boat transfers scheduled before 7:00 AM or after 7:00 PM.
GENERAL POLICIES
• Pets: Not allowed in the resort.
• Outside food & beverages: Not permitted. This includes raw food, cooked food, instant noodles, and beverages. The resort provides storage so items can be collected upon check-out.
• Villa/Room layout: Layout and design may vary depending on the room or villa category.
• Smoking: The resort is a non-smoking property. Smoking is permitted only in designated areas.
• Visitors:
All visitors must be registered at the Living Room. Visitors are not permitted in guest rooms and may access only the restaurant area. Visiting hours are from 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM.
• Noise control:
Please keep noise and music to a minimum during your stay. Audio devices must be turned off after 9:00 PM.
• Prohibited activities:
The use of drugs, “funky ball,” and gambling are strictly prohibited and punishable under Vietnamese law.
• Photography & filming:
Professional photography or filming is not permitted in guest rooms or any area of the resort. Activities using specialized equipment are considered professional and may incur additional charges. Personal photos or videos using mobile phones for non-commercial purposes are permitted, provided they comply with resort regulations.
• Drones (Flycams):
Not allowed within the resort.
• Extra person policy:
An extra person surcharge will be applied and settled directly with the resort prior to check-in if not included in the room rate.
• 0–5 years old: Complimentary on Bed & Breakfast, sharing bed with parents
• 6–11 years old: VND 420,000/child/night for breakfast when using an existing bed. Extra bed for child (if required): VND 520,000/child/night. Maximum 02 extra kids per room.
• 12 years old and above: Considered adults. Extra bed & breakfast: VND 1,670,000/guest/night. Maximum 01 extra guest per room.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

The riverside setting was stunning — waking up to views over the Saigon River and lush greenery made the whole stay feel like a true escape from the city. The rooms were spacious, beautifully designed, and immaculately clean, and the staff were warm and attentive without being intrusive. Breakfast was a highlight, with fresh local dishes and great coffee.
The property was beautiful and clean and a great spot a quick boat ride from the city

The hotel is outside of the busy city centre. Fabulous setting with complimentary speedboat service to and from the resort. Rooms are beautiful and spacious and include lovely amenities
The only gripe would be you could not smoke outside of your room. Understandable considering you are amongst trees etc. !

Far from the city beautiful place
Too expensive for what it offers. It's a wedding venue, and sometimes the location feels a bit fake.

Ras
Arrival to this hotel with all its jungle and wooden walkways was spectacular and promising. Unfortunately as our stay progressed, the faults began. We had villa 59, a 2 bedroom with garden and pool. Unfortunately the bedrooms didn’t join so it was a faff getting between the two especially as the swimming pool was very close between with only a narrow walkway. I would not recommend a young family having this villa. The pool also wasn’t functional. No sunlight hit the patio (always in shade). Lots of fallen debris off overhanging trees and plants and the pool didn’t look the cleanest. The cleanliness of the rooms also wasn’t up-to expectation. The rooms were also dark and dingy despite being well appointed. Improvements in lighting are definitely needed. The twin room that the children had was actually a nicer set up than the room they consider the double/main room. It was a real shame. The turn down service that prepared the rooms for the evenings and mainly for mosquito protection, (sorting nets/window protection/diffusers) was good the first few nights but then wasn’t to the same standards the last 2 nights(netting around the beds was left with gaps for mosquitos to get inside the nets… my daughter woke up with multiple bites) and another night our window netting wasn’t closed so mosquitos could just easily get into our bathroom. And finally regarding the room… the last night there was construction works all through the night. The hotel really shouldn’t be renting out this villa knowing that building works regularly happen(this place is far from what the name suggests of being a retreat).
On to hotel facilities… the free boat transfer to district 1 was a nice touch instead of sitting in traffic. The spa treatments were good but there was confusion with our booking which led to them interrupting a treatment to discuss the price with my husband… not relaxing! The international and Vietnamese foods at dinner and breakfast were on the whole decent and reasonably priced, twice we ate in HCMC which actually was better value, choice and quality but we didn’t fancy the trek everyday into the city for food and the hotel dinners surficed.
Finally to finish off our stay one of the hotel staff dropped my hand luggage bag that had valuable/breakable items in due to the fact he was also messing on his phone and not concentrating on task in hand (irritatingly I had tried to insist I was happy carrying this bag to the airport transfer car). Overall I cannot give this hotel anymore than 2/5, it was such a disappointment having had two wonderful stays in Hanoi and Hoi An the week before.
