Lovely - beautiful rooms, just needs to be quieter, and the restaurant staff some more training

The room was beautiful, very comfortable bed and the bathroom was lovely too. The coffee and snacks were great, and the wine bar outside the room was a great touch. The style of the room was stunning. The reception staff were also very good.

There were issues with the table we had booked which was a bit of a faff. The service was very slow. We waited 25 minutes for our first drink. The food was pretty poor quality, with ours being out of a packet or frozen and deep fried

We asked for a quiet room on booking and were put in the room next to the lift, so were woken up through the night with people dragging suitcases across the floors and in and out of the lift. We were also woken up each morning by what sounded like a leaf blower outside the window at 6am-7am. The aircon also rattled most of the night, so although the room was stunning, it was not quiet.
