Pros:

A localização bem próxima da balsa, a vista e o conforto da cama.
A piscina é legal e com uma ótima vista.
As instalações do hotel são bonitas.

Cons:

O café da manhã tem muita variedade mas tudo é bem simples e industrializado. Para um hotel 4 estrelas esperava opções melhores.
A água da piscina é extremamente quente, num dia de muito calor não é confortável ficar dentro dela.
O quarto Standard é muito básico e alguns itens poderiam ser mais confortáveis.. A porta de entrada, por exemplo, não fecha por inteiro, ficava 1 dedo entreaberta permitindo a passagem de luz, som e insetos. A vedação acústica do quarto é péssima, ouvíamos todos os dias o vizinho de cima tomando banho e as pessoas caminhando no corredor do quarto.
O secador de cabelo também é péssimo, aqueles de parede super fracos.
A porta de veneziana do banheiro não dá privacidade nenhuma.
E por último, jantamos no restaurante do hotel em um grupo grande e os pratos demoraram mais de 1 hora para chegar. Fizeram confusão, entregaram pratos errados e esqueceram de outros itens. Não estão preparados para receber um grupo maior.
No geral não acho que vale as 4 estrelas que o hotel tem.

Great for a weekend getaway - if you are int he Sao Paolo area
