Pros:

El personal fue muy amable, desde recepción hasta las personas que estaban en cocina, el hotel es bastante tranquilo, si vas con familia o por negocios es ideal.

Cons:

Creo que lo único que veo mejorar es el comedor del buffet, se llena pronto a la hora del desayuno, bueno es problema solo si eres impaciente, en mi caso no me importó compartir mesa con alguien más.

La habitación super cómoda y silenciosa, a pesar que llovió toda la noche, no se oía nada. El personal muy amable y el desayuno sencillo pero completo y delicioso

Confortable, limpio y agradable
Pros:

La habitación estaba muy bien: limpia, con todo lo imprescindible, la cama muy cómoda, un escritorio grande y el baño muy bien y muy limpio.
Tenían wifi gratis que iba muy bien. También incluye desayuno buffet, que estaba bastante bien.

Cons:

La ubicación a mí me vino bien por trabajo, pero no está cerca de Guadalajara centro. Depende mucho de lo que uno busque. Pero en general todo muy bien.

Muy buena ubicación para eventos en el auditorio telmex, se puede llegar caminando en 20 minutos aproximadamente. El personal es muy amable, tanto de recepción, desayuno y limpieza. Cuenta con varios servicios cerca, como restaurantes, supermercados y farmacias.
