Pros:

Staff very helpful specially Eyelül who made sure our room was to our liking. Good breakfast with a good amount of variety. The Beach was perfect for swimming but I wouldn't necessarily call it a beach club as it closed quite early.

Pros:

Rooms are small. First night i stayed there were more than 5 hairs under my bed sheet. When I informed room service instead of apologizing/upgrading me they said no one checks under the bed sheets like that. This is normal! Not for a 5 star hotel, absolutely not! They changed me to an older room, which was cleaner but not a pleasant experience. I changed hotels the next night, don’t recommend

Beautiful Hotel, Lovely Staff and Amazing Location
Pros:

Fantastic location for the best restaurants, close to airport, great beach club, close to the city centre. It’s prime location. Lovely decor inside the hotel. Fantastic beach club. Amazing breakfast (being top floor with sea view with a nice breeze).

Cons:

Me and my partner had a room which wasn’t “soundproof” we heard a lot of noise. But the amazing staff did give us a new room without any complications and it was a lot nicer too. So problem was dealt with.
I will say Wi-Fi isn’t the best and also the tv is outdated but that wasn’t a major concern for me. Just would be nice to connect to Netflix or a similar app before sleeping.

The private beach is excellent.. And the beds were clean, Beautiful location.. Very modern and rooms look modern and clean..

Cons:

Staff doesnot speak much english, so communication is bit of an issue.. Rooms are new, but not much spacious..
