Malgré tout se fut magnifique
Pros:

L’emplacement et la vue était exceptionnel

Cons:

Malheureusement on était logé dans un annexe derrière l’hôtel dans un immeuble et on plus au sous sol
Pour accéder il faut descendre un escalier qui donne sur une rue même pas un ascenseur

Très beau séjour grâce à un personnel exceptionnel et un hôtel magnifique, mais une grande déception concernant la plage
Pros:

Nous avons séjourné dans cet hôtel du 19 au 26 mai et je tiens d’abord à souligner la qualité exceptionnelle du personnel. Tout le staff a été irréprochable du début à la fin : très gentil, accueillant, souriant et toujours prêt à aider. Franchement, rien à redire sur ce point.

L’hôtel est également très beau, calme et idéalement situé. Le petit déjeuner était excellent, avec une magnifique vue qui rendait les matins vraiment agréables.

Cons:

Cependant, il y a un énorme point négatif qui a profondément gâché notre expérience : nous avions réservé cet hôtel principalement pour sa plage privée, mise en avant sur les photos et dans la description lors de la réservation. Une fois arrivés sur place, nous avons appris que cette plage privée était finalement fermée. Ce qui est particulièrement décevant, c’est que l’hôtel ne nous a absolument pas prévenus à l’avance. Aucun message, aucune information avant notre arrivée.

Pour un établissement de ce standing, c’est vraiment inadmissible. Si nous avions été informés avant, nous aurions pu faire un autre choix en toute transparence.

L’hôtel a essayé de proposer des alternatives, notamment une petite plage privée située à quelques minutes, mais cela impliquait de payer le taxi à chaque fois, ce qui est franchement dommage. Il y avait aussi une plage publique à seulement deux minutes à pied, très jolie certes, mais pratiquement impossible pour un groupe de plus de trois personnes de s’y installer correctement faute de place.

C’est vraiment regrettable, car sans ce problème majeur lié à la plage privée, notre séjour aurait été quasiment parfait.

We had such a great time here 🤍
The hotel was super clean, the beach was beautiful, and the pool area was amazing. The food was also incredibly delicious. Everything felt relaxing and enjoyable from start to finish. Definitely a place we’d love to come back to.

Pros:

First of all, I would like to thank all the staff for their attention and hospitality throughout my stay. The beach and the overall appearance of the hotel were truly beautiful. There was absolutely nothing I was dissatisfied with. All the employees were extremely dedicated, friendly, and helpful.
The location of the hotel is also very convenient. Restaurants and beach clubs around the area are within walking distance and very easy to access. The hotel’s own beach was also very peaceful, clean, and comfortable.
I would especially like to thank the reception team, housekeeping staff, and the hotel manager for their kindness and attention. I will definitely choose this hotel again for my next vacation.

Frühstück war gut

Cons:

Sehr kleines Zimmer. Das Preis Leidtungsverhältnis passt nicht. Die Umgebung ( Strandbar) ist eine Baustelle und nicht nutzbar.

I honestly cannot recommend this hotel to anyone. We paid a very high price expecting a luxury experience, but the reality was completely different.

The hotel currently has construction work everywhere. You cannot even properly access the sea because of the ongoing works. To reach the swimming pool, guests are forced to walk all the way around the block because the internal passage between the two buildings has been closed.

The room conditions were unacceptable for the price paid. The shower was working badly and the shower handle literally came off in my hand.

What is even worse is the complete lack of professionalism from management. Despite all these serious issues, they refused to offer any refund or compensation.

This hotel should clearly inform guests about the construction situation before taking their money. Very disappointing experience. I strongly advise people to avoid this hotel.

Nada, es terrible la atención, el servicio, las instalaciones muy antiguas y descuidadas. Nos entregaron una habitación que estaba sucia y ocupada por otras personas, con un olor desagradable y fétido. Además, que luego llegaron esas personas a la habitación y fue muy traumático. La disculpa fue que se les pasó, y no colaboraron sino hasta que ambos grupos nos tocó ir a exigir cambio de habitación, querían que todos estuviéramos en esta al tiempo. Luego nos dan otra, con los utensilios de cocina usados y en estado de putrefacción.

Pros:

Excellent position, small quaint hotel.

Cons:

We booked this hotel based on the very nice photos of the sun decking area and access to sea for swimming. On our arrival we immediately saw extensive building work underway on the decking. When checking in we were informed that the decking area was closed. We were not at all happy as nothing to this effect was made clear on booking. The hotel informed us that a partial opening was expected in 2-3days time. This did happen but the building work continued to the side. We had booked a superior room with a very nice sea view only to have concrete delivery lorries and pumps operating directly under our balcony.
The situation totally ruined our stay to the extent that we moved to another hotel close by.
We asked to speak to the manager but was continually told he was out or unavailable. This stay was
meant to be a nice relaxing week on the sea.
I would strongly advise not booking this hotel for at least 1 month whilst the work is completed. Although the decking is particularly open there is major construction work, ie grinding hammering welding and materials movement to the side.

The hotel reply in not correct. The work looks like a full deck replacement and was in full swing when we arrive. It was still going on when we left our new hotel 1 week later. Just take a look at the photos attached to the review. When we sat on the new hotel sun deck (Falcon Hotel) the noise from work, ie grinding, drilling hammering etc was ongoing all day every day. We could see the work are as it was directly across the water approx 500mt away.
The hotel and our room was excellent. No complaints there. Just the work.
