Las habitaciones son muy cómodas, la comida del hotel es muy rica y sus instalaciones son muy bonitas. El personal del hotel es muy atento la mayoría

En mi caso es un viaje de más de 4 horas para llegar al lugar y esta vez llegamos 20 min antes del check-in y nos dijeron que hasta que fuesen las 3 nos daban ingreso!! El hotel estaba en remodelación y nos limitaba a una sola piscina pero eso no cambió que mi estadía estuviese muy agradable como siempre!

No siempre hay servicio de bar en la piscina y el desayuno incluído debería ser más variado, costos de alimentos y bebidas un poco alto

Hotel agradable, estadia comoda
Pros:

Es un lugar grande, con muy buenas actividades para disfrutar del hotel, quede muy satisfecho de mi estadia

Cons:

El hotel esta descuidada, se ven el paso del tiempo en las instalaciones, incluso encontré un animal no deseado en mi habitación, pero por el descuido de la infraestructura.

Cons:

Cómo la piscina está en mantenimiento, el servicio en general ha bajado de nivel y creo que no debería porque son temas independientes. La comida bajó mucho de calidad con respecto a lo usual. Las habitaciones premium necesitan remodelación, hay marcos de puertas sueltos, muebles desgastados, etc.
