Suite was tiny for 200 a night. Pool was dirty.

Pros:

I wasn't expecting much from an airport hotel but this place was very nice. Clean, quiet, with a good breakfast and really friendly staff.

Pros:

Breakfast was standard breakfast foods--scrambled eggs/bagels/cereal/milk/juice. With the sofa bed pulled out the room was cramped but doable. Had full size fridge and dishwasher in suite but sink and stove top was small. We really only needed the sink and fridge. Had plenty of storage in the room and bathroom--did not find the hairdryer til we were checking drawers to pack up.

Parking lot was small.

Pros:

It was very clean. The breakfast was good. The exercise room was clean. All the equipment was working. I was able to do my morning workout. The workers was very nice and helpful when I need help. The location was great. It was very peaceful and quiet. I love that.

Cons:

I slept on the sofa couch and my body broke out with rashes on my arms,back, and face. I had to buy me some Benadryl and dial soap after I left for the rash to go away.

Disappointed enough I wouldn't recommend staying here
Pros:

Everything was clean, the location was not crowded.

Cons:

Overpriced for what you get. The Shower was a tub/shower combo unit. Not sure why these still exist in mid to higher priced rooms. The breakfast left alot to be desired, and was not staffed properly. The OJ machine ran out during breakfast, I asked if it could be refilled. The woman at the desk said sure I'll get someone on it. She asked a man to refill the machine, what neither of them realized was I overheard their conversation. The man said it's kinda late into breakfast I don't think we need to do that. The woman came back around the corner and told me they were working on it. Knowing they had no plans at all to refill the machine. If you don't want to refill it, say that or simply we are out of OJ at the moment. Either would have been fine. Don't lie and say they are working on it when you know better.

Great place to stay a while
Pros:

The staff were EXCEPTIONALLY friendly and helpful with a touch of humor, which was nice! They were accommodating and helpful with sightseeing opportunities in the area. One staff member even brought me a bottle of water when I was exercising one morning! Such a friendly staff. Breakfast was perfect 👌 healthy options, hot and cold, as well as neat, clean, and organized eating areas. Nice clean pool and pool area.

Cons:

Just one suggestion.... an oscillating fan in the exercise room would be a great addition.

Came to Nashville for a dance competition. Hotel was short distance from the event center. Overall was great a visit and

Not happy especially for how expensive it was. $422 for two nights.

The staff. Friendly and nice.

Cons:

Ac did not stay on. Was so hot and uncomfortable at night. Sheets had makeup on them. Other guest were rude. Mostly the white guest.
