Pros:

Super spa facilities, great food and attentive spa. The bell boys team went above and beyond.

Cons:

My room faced the swimming pool and could have been loud in places, it was a bit difficult communicating in English with some staff, but they really tried, so that's appreciated.

Pros:

The thermal pools were great and staff were friendly.

Cons:

The rooms were a little old, air conditioner looked very old and didn't work too well. The shower water was hard to adjust and was too hot most of the time.
