No me ofrecieron lo que pagué, no les importó nada y aún estoy esperando el reembolso
La ubicación es perfecta, al frente venden los mejores churros y sandwich, a los 100mts el mejor restaurante Mexicano, zona super segura y super bien ubicado.
A las habitaciones podrían tener mejor iluminación, aunque se usen todas las luces de siente oscuro y las camas tienen ruedas que los seguros no funcionan muy bien entonces se mueven.
Great location, room is well designed.
Lighting is poor. Staff are indifferent. Check in time is 3pm. At 2:55pm, they can’t give me a room. Meanwhile other groups of 3 or 10 are taken care. They can’t care less.

El dormitorio tenía un olor a abombado. El dispensador de jabón de la ducha no funcionó. Además me cobraron 50 mil pesos demás y no me los devolvieron a mi tarjeta de crédito como pedí sino que me dieron un billete en efectivo

Al final en el hotel no me resolvieron el tema del desayuno que la publicidad en booking indicaba incluido y al final me cobraron los desayunos. Además uno de los días de mi estancia no me dieron el servicio de limpieza de la habitación.
El hotel cumple con el metido de ser el lugar donde uno puede llegar a dormir en una cuidad tan llena de placeres culinarios y parranda como es Bogota, esta en el centro de la zona mas transitada y donde estan muy buenos restaurantes, el lugar y la estacia es comoda, el Wi-Fi, los alimentos del hotel tienen area de mejora, el personal fue atento en todo momento.
Los espacios en su mayoría son pequeños, pero no diminutos; espacios como el gimnasio y las habitaciones son reducidos. Pero no es nada que pueda afectar tu experiencia.
