I was very disappointed in this hotel. For the price almost $300 the property was very shabby.
Pros:

The location close to the convention center

Cons:

It is outdated and not clean.
The rooms were dark and uninvited. The bathroom wallpaper was stained. The drainage spout in the sink was black with a buildup. The shower worked only halfway.
The swimming pool area was very unkept and not clean. The pool had black stain all over the tiles. The pavement had red stain (blood or food stain?) in one of the corners. The area around the trash barrel at the pool was stained.

Will not return and general manager did not make anything right.

Clean room and spacious

Cons:

Staff was very rude, not accommodating, lobby smelled of pot and the breakfast was a poor selection and items that had ran out were not quickly replaced

We enjoyed our stay overall and made our dance weekend easy at the coliseum across the road.
Pros:

Great location, beds/rooms comfortable, gym easily accessible and nice, breakfast good variety

Cons:

No towels or bedding for pullout couch, had to ask for them, shower was needing faucet repair

Location and size of room

Cons:

Dogs barking on the floor we were on, dog hair on floor, broken ice machines, broken guard rail on pool, no bar, and breakfast wasn't appealing.

Enjoyed my stay!
Pros:

Everything was close by. Customer service was excellent! It was 2 ladies who worked 2nd shift that was so sweet and friendly. They were great together.

Pros:

The king room was large, small kitchen with dishwasher. Directly across from the convention center.
Breakfast in the lobby gave us an opportunity to grab a quick bite before starting our day.
Staff was engaging and polite.
