Absolut nichts. Das ist das schlechteste Hotel in den ich bisher war in Lissabon.
Furchtbares, heruntergekommenes Hotel. Die Einrichtung wirkt alt und ungepflegt, von Komfort oder Erholung kann keine Rede sein. Als „Wellness“ oder „Spa“ wird hier etwas verkauft, das diesen Namen nicht verdient: Ein paar Massagen anzubieten oder eine Sprudelbadewanne für 15 € pro 30 Minuten macht noch lange kein Spa. Zudem funktionierte nicht einmal der Fernseher im Schlafzimmer. Der Schraubverschluss vom Wasser war innen voller dreck! Die „Versiegelung“ Fake.
Für mich ist dieses Hotel eine klassische Touristenfalle. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis steht in keinem Verhältnis zu dem, was tatsächlich geboten wird. ⭐
Tout était très bien dans l'hôtel, que ce soit le petit déjeuner, les lits, la chambre, la salle de bain etc...
Le seul point négatif a été les femmes de ménages qui commencent à nettoyer les chambres dès 8h du matin en parlant très fort dans les chambres et les couloir et en faisant des bruits empêchant totalement de dormir : choc entre des objets, déplacement de lits et de meubles, etc...
C'est dommage lorsque l'on sélectionne un hôtel un peu excentré des quartiers touristiques pour justement pouvoir se reposer le matin et ne pas être réveillé en sursaut par ce genre de problème.

The issues/ requests we had was deal with quickly. They were helpful.
The lighting in the room was too dark. This was not how it was shown in the booking . The room could have done with more light
I would have thought the room would have been checked before it was given to us.
The sink had a wonky tap (was fixed once reported) the refrigerator was broken (was fixed once reported).
Tea and coffee was needed and I was questioned if we were sure.
Request two slippers and was given two sets and one was removed by housekeeping.

Posizione inizialmente "scomoda". In realtà, dopo il primo giorno di assestamento è risultata comoda in quanto a 15/20 Min a piedi dalle zone nevralgiche. A 2-5 minuti dalle fermate di bus che permettono un ritorno rapido. Zona estremamente tranquilla e facile da girare a piedi.
Ottima struttura, con personale qualificato e accogliente! Lo staff è attento ai dettagli. Buon servizio bar con possibilità di cenare (ottima anche la cena).
Camera spaziosa, bagno pulito e ampio. Disponibilità di un paio di bici muscolari.
Ottima colazione, con ampia scelta su salato, yogurt, aggiunte ecc. Caffè discreto.
Buono il servizio SPA con centro benessere con prezzi discreti. Ambiente molto pulito. Possibilità di bere acqua e infusi freschi al ritorno in struttura.
La vista sul retro del palazzo non è granché (avevamo una vaso con una pianta poco curata e la finestra bloccata). Colazione tanto Continentale ma con poca scelta sui dolci (con mancanza di cose "tipiche" o alternative alle classiche brioches).
Non ci è piaciuta per niente la "palestra". Non ci sono pesi (basterebbe avere un manubrio regolabile), non ci sono macchinari (fatta eccezione per una leg extension rotta e una chest press). Presenti una cyclette e un vogatore. Difficile considerarla una palestra 😅

Abbiamo trovato la sera la stanza non sistemata e alla nostra segnalazione ci è stato detto che si è trattato di misunderstanding.. senza altro dire e fare !!
Hotel is not in the most convenient location and not near places to eat. It would have been helpful if the staff was capable of directing us appropriately for places to eat, tour, and transportation. An information sheet would have been useful. The hotel room itself was clean, spacious (we had a suite), but outdated with stains on furniture. Value for what we paid was ok. Based on location and amenities not offered near by I would not recommend.
