Nos cambiaron de habitación porque el que habíamos pagado estába en malas condiciones. Debo admitir que avernos hecho cambio de habitación mejoro mucho la instancia.
Entiendo que por pagar la habitación más económica no nos Hiba a tocar un cuarto de lujo pero al menos que se tomen el tiempo de limpiar las habitaciones

Pagamos la habitación más económica y el baño estaba sucio:( el aire acondicionado no funcionaba. La habitación que nos dieron desde un principio se ve que solo acomodaron sabanas porque tampoco se tomaron el tiempo de limpiar el baño. Bajamos a recepción y comentamos que el aire acondicionado no funcionaba y nos cambiaron de habitación.

Cons:

Mal servicio, todo sucio. En la habitación triple, una no cuenta con clima ni ventilador. Las sábanas sucias y el baño tapado y muy sucia el área de la regadera.
