Front desk and house keeping staff were very helpful. WIFI never worked despite several attempts

The house keeping seem to work overnight, the cart makes a lot of noise in the hallway.
Couple fights, management delay help resolve keeping guests awake entire night

Pricey stay in a messy two star in the West Bronx
Pros:

I like the area. The hotel looks cool from the outside and has the 80s charm by look on the photos.

Cons:

The room was dirty, there were traces of blood on the sheets, no hairdryer in the bathroom nor at the reception. Bed was too used, with tiny pillows. There was a microwave in the room. On the second day of my stay there, someone of the hotel staff knocked on the room door before 8am to hurry the check out. I booked last minute so it was pricey as well.

Left a night early
Pros:

The check in staff was friendly. The check out staff not so much.

Cons:

We checked out on Sunday Aug 30th a day early because on Saturday night I did not get any sleep between rowdiness, music playing in front of hotel, and people talking so loud in front of room outside for over an hour.

Nothing. This place is horrible

Cons:

The door to my room looked like someone kicked it in, the toilet looked like a bathroom stall toilet. Some of the plugs didnt have covers. The pillows on the bed look like throw pillows and not real bed pillows. My key card all of a sudden stopped working. The towels where all like hand towels. Had to go buy a real towel to dry off with. It was a horrible stay. The pictures draw you in but once you get there its ghetto as hell.

Pros:

Nothing at all.

Cons:

First off, it’s a lot of prostitution that runs in and out the hotel. Which I kind of figured they know who they’re , the workers are just greedy for money. All of that is happening while kids are inside this property. The rooms are dirty && stained, the mattress covers have stains, there’s a man that runs around at 10:59 (checkout is 11) banging on doors all type of time screaming checkout, && it’s just pure nasty in there. I don’t understand how a hotel doesn’t have anybody body soap && towels? Because just go there to get their rocks off for a few hours and leave. Not family friendly at all

I regret using booking.com and getting that Motel not a hotel lots of prostitution going on.
