Pros:

Good location close to the center. Tastefully renovated old building with a nice garden. Good breakfast.

Cons:

After a fleeting overnight stay, we’d like to return to enjoy the oasis of peace and explore.
Pros:

Excellent manner of the night receptionist and breakfast staff.
Historic-style of interiors, courtyard garden and quiet rooms.
Tortilla with thin bacon and Santiago cake.

Cons:

Choice of drinks in room - no decaffeinated tea and coffee. A biscuit would have been good after unexpectedly arriving too late (on Sunday) for a meal.
Pillows - 2 different thicknesses to choose from would be better than 2 of differing lengths.
Kiwis were inedible for both of us.

Sehr gutes Hotel für einen mehrtägigen Aufenthalt in Santiago
Pros:

Es ist ein sehr schönes Hotel in optimaler Lage. Der nachmittags schattige Garten lädt zwischen Tagesprogramm und Abendessen zum Entspannen ein. Ein öffentlicher Parkplatz ist wirklich gleich daneben.

Cons:

Das Frühstück ist mit 16€ meines Erachtens völlig überteuert. Wir haben eine große Galicien-Rundfahrt gemacht und sind erst am Ende nach Santiago gekommen. Wir haben ÜBERALL besser gefrühstückt als in diesem Hotel. Ich kann die lobenden Bewertungen hier absolut nicht nachvollziehen oder bestätigen.
Die Spiegeleier wurden gnadenlos heiß gehalten, bis das Eiweiß durch und durch braun und das Eigelb fest war. Meine Bemerkung, die Eier sähen aber traurig aus, hat keinen gejuckt - es wurden keine neuen gebracht. Das Brot war billiges, nicht besonders gutes Industriebrot. Ansonsten wirklich nichts Besonderes auf diesem Buffet, das den stolzen Preis rechtfertigen würde.
In der Altstadt kann man zum halben Preis ganz hervorragend frühstücken.

El desayuno y el jardin estan bien. La ubicacion es excelente justo al lado del mercado y el casco antiguo.

Cons:

Nos dieron una habitacion de la tercera planta que es una buhardilla con el techo inclinado, por lo que se queda en la mitad de espacio. El baño resultaba especialmente incomodo porque tocabas con la madera del techo inclinado constantemente. El agua caliente de la ducha fue un suplicio, salia fria o caliente cuando queria. El hotel necesita una actualizacion urgentemente.

Inmejorable, fué nuestro primer hotel haciendo ruta por Galicia y marcó la diferencia Personal, habitación( nos dieron la habitación del ático sin pedirlo y fue una agradable sorpresa), desayuno con productos típicos...Ubicación perfecta detrás de Mercado de Abastos que da inició a la zona histórica a pie. El autobus que salé del aereopuerto ( coste del billete 1€!) te deja en la misma puerta.

The best place to stay to visit Santiago de Compostela!
Pros:

The hotel is fantastically located – close to the Old Town, yet in a quiet area. It is beautiful, with an excellent garden and terraces. The rooms are well equipped. Breakfast was tasty and there was plenty of choice, including some local specialities. The staff were very helpful. There is a convenient underground parking area nearby.

The air conditioning could be more efficient.
