Lo que más me gustó fue la ubicación y los jardines del hotel.

Cons:

La calidad de los colchones dejaba mucho que desear. Solicité que me lo cambiaran, pero me dijeron que no tenían ningún colchón disponible. Me parece raro que en un hotel de cuatro estrellas, no haya ningún colchón disponible. Es un problema que estoy viendo en muchos hoteles. O no se renuevan los colchones o son de mala calidad.

Fantastisch hotel!!!
Pros:

Echt een heerlijk hotel! Alles klopt gewoon, mooie ruime kamer, goed sanitair, koffie/thee, waterkoker, echt heerlijk bed met fijn linnengoed. Het hele gebouw lijkt op een oud kasteel. Heerlijk gevarieerd ontbijt met optie om in de tuin te zitten. Om de hoek van het oude centrum, dus alles op loopafstand.

Kan niks bedenken!

O ambiente é aconchegante e acolhedor. O quarto é de um bom tamanho e confortável.

Cons:

O chuveiro é difícil de regular, pois a água fica demasiado fria ou demasiado quente. Além disso, o aspeto mais negativo foi o atendimento no café/bar. Todos os funcionários do hotel foram simpáticos, à exceção do funcionário que trabalha no turno da noite no café/bar (um rapaz jovem). A sua postura foi pouco educada (não respondia aos “obrigados” e “boa noite”) e fez-nos sentir que não deveríamos estar ali nem fazer os pedidos que fizemos. O atendimento foi tão desagradável que só utilizámos esse serviço uma vez.
