So glad we managed to stay here
Pros:

Nice to stay somewhere with a little bit of history and a little bit of luxury, whilst still being close to the major sights. Lovely setting in the internal courtyard for breakfast and the cafe just outside is good too - recommend the afternoon tea and music in the evenings. All the staff were friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The pool area is small - only 5 loungers - and the noise from the food court next door can be a bit annoying, but it wouldn’t stop me staying there again.

Pros:

Soggiornare in una bellissima dimora storica è meraviglioso. Personale gentilissimo sempre pronto ad aiutarti. Camera stupenda, letto comodo, acqua gratuita e succhi con anche la macchinetta del caffè. Ottima colazione.

Wonderful, memorable stay, feels like a real privilege to experience staying here
Pros:

What a beautiful historical hotel, lovely rooms, amazing breakfast, really kind and efficient staff , we enjoyed everything about this stay ! Nice touch to have a pool tucked away at the back for cooling off in the afternoon too!

Charme +++ mais chambres à rénover !
Pros:

Nous avons aimé le charme de l’endroit, l’extrême gentillesse du personnel, le service très attentif. Le petit déjeuner est très complet et le bar est très agréable pour un cocktail le soir.

Cons:

Chambres avec charme mais vétustes, douche moisie, climatisation peu réglable avec froid au maximum, fuite wc qui a finalement été réparée. Il est temps de rénover les chambres !

Beautiful hotel in great location
Pros:

Everything. Absolutely beautiful hotel with super helpful and friendly staff. Our room (the old kitchen) was huge with an amazing bathroom (with jacuzzi) and shower. Breakfast was really good with lots of options. Staff were very knowledgeable about celiac disease and gluten free requirements which was a very pleasant surprise and relief after struggling everywhere else on holiday so far. We also ate in the Indigo restaurant and again the chef was able to adapt the tasting menu for my dietary requirements. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Edificio storico di grande valore, è un fatto eccezionale che sia disponibile per alloggiarvi. Staff estremamente disponibile e sempre d’aiuto. Camere molto confortevoli. Certamente il più bel luogo in cui abbiamo soggiornato.

La colazione non è forse all’altezza del resto dell’esperienza in questo hotel; poca scelta e tutto sommato non eccellente. Alcune accortezze per l’ospite mancano, ma si tratta di dettagli, e solitamente basta chiedere allo staff per ricevere assistenza
