You get what you pay for....
Pros:

Staff were polite. Quick accommodations when AC wasn't working in the original room. Convenient and close to foods and shops.

Cons:

Messy and unkept front entry. It was used for storage. No AC in the building/corridor. When we got to our room, it was scorching hot. Room was dirty; including curtains. Like it hasn't seen a washing machine in 10 years.
The 'alley' was so small that majority of taxis would not dear go in to pickup/drop off
