It is a lovely hotel, friendly staff, amazing breakfast, and great location.
Pros:

Comfortable , clean, bed, laundry capabilities, breakfast buffet, location and friendly staff.

Cons:

Rooms a little small for two but overall this didn’t detract from the stay as everything else was excellent.

Pros:

サービスのコーヒーやリンゴジュース美味しかったです。

Cons:

部屋のエアコンがカビ？の臭いがしました。臭いにたえられず部屋変えてもらいました。
大浴場の洗い場が3つしかなく、とにかく狭いです。
部屋数に見合ってないです。

全体的に掃除がちゃんとしていて清潔感があった。受付の人も対応が良かった。
Pros:

朝食も品数は少なかったが普通に良かった。

部屋の掃除は綺麗にしてる感じがした。
子供に対しても色々揃っていて良かった。
従業員もしっかりしていた。

Cons:

部屋の掃除は行き届いている感じがしたがお風呂が雑巾の匂いがしたのが少し残念。

外国人が多いのか夜外がうるさかった。

女子の大浴場がシャワーが三つしかなくお風呂も小さくて残念だった。

快適でした。
Pros:

スタッフの方々の対応がとても良かった。
また、大浴場がポイント高いです。貸切状態だったので、ゆっくり浸かる事が出来ました。
駐車場からすぐにフロントに行ける点もいいです。

Cons:

無かったと思います。
