Beautiful, spacious apartment, excellent service and perfect location

We booked a family room and had a wonderful experience. We were accommodated in a beautiful, spacious apartment, equipped with anything you may need. It was very comfortable and made us feel right at home. The staff were kind and helpful, and the location was excellent. Although we stayed for only one night, it was a memorable experience. Highly recommended!

Zajtrk je bil ok, lokacija hotela je za obisk dogodka v areni vrhunska. Mlad receptor ob check inu in receptorka naslednje jutro sta bila izredno prijazna.

Cons:

Nočni receptor, starejši gospod, je brez trkanja ali česarkoli dobesedno planil v sobo sredi noči, ob 1h ponoči. Jaz kaj takšnega še nikjer nisem doživela.. Ko je vstopil v sobo, sva z možem vprašala kaj se dogaja in je samo zaprl vrata in šel. Mož se je obul in šel do recepcije, da bi dobil pojasnilo za dogodek, vendar tam ni bilo nikogar, receptor je hodil zunaj pred hotelom na nasprotni strani ulice. Wtf?!
Zjutraj je bila voda v kopalnici ledeno mrzla, sva ob 9h na to opozorila na recepciji in so ugotovili, da je neka težava z bojlerjem. So jo hitro odpravili, samo je trajalo slabo uro, da se je voda nazaj segrela.
Opozorila sva tudi, da klima od zgodnjega jutra javlja neko napako in ne deluje več. Ker sva tisti dan tudi odšla iz hotela, se potem za ta cas s tem nihče od osebja ni več ukvarjal. Tako sva se potem ob pakiranju za odhod kar malo skuhala, ker je bilo zunaj 30 stopinj.
