The best hotel for the price, especially for the location.
Pros:

The location is unmatchable, 5 minute walk from the center of Pula. The room exceeded my expectations, the bathroom and bed were very clean and I liked that there was a mini fridge. Breakfast was also great, great choices for tea, coffee, sweet and salty breakfast.

Cons:

For the price, not much can be improved, it really was great. The only thing I noticed was a small leak in the bathroom sink, but because I stayed for only one night, it didn’t bother me.

Cons:

I messaged them through Booking to reserve a parking spot, which is mandatory here. No reply. A few days before arrival I was getting worried, so I emailed them - only then did they tell me there were no spots left. Parking was the only reason I booked this place.

When I asked why my Booking messages were ignored, they just said that if I didn't get an answer, it meant they had no spot at the time, sorry. That's something a hotel should actually tell you, especially if having parking space is promoted.

So I had to cancel last minute and find somewhere else that actually had parking. Awful customer service, would not recommend.

Lovely Room and Friendly Staff

The room was absolutely charming and pleasantly cool, especially considering the temperatures outside. The staff were very friendly and approachable.
