Jako lijep i ugodan boravak.

Lokacija izvrsna, daje određenu mirnoću a nije nedostupna ostalim aktivnostima.

Un lugar ideal para ir con tu mascota
Pros:

Teníamos un apartamento a pie de piscina. Muy cómodo y espacioso. En la zona hay aparcamiento y también hay una zona cercana para pasear a las mascotas.

El apartamento cumple con las expectativas de precio. Pero deberían limpiar todos los días.
Pros:

Lo que más me gustó fue que el personal estaba muy atento todo el tiempo y cumplía con cada cosa que nos surgía.

Cons:

Una de las razones por las que contraté este sitio fue la piscina y no estaba abierta. Tampoco que sólo limpian días alternos.

Scelta della struttura ok, ma cattiva gestione. Non ci ritornerei!
Pros:

Appartamento di grandi dimensioni con terrazzo privato all ingresso, di fronte alla piscina (peccato chiusa per lavori).
Posizione ottima vicino al piccolo centro di Costa teguise, raggiungibile a piedi.
Parcheggio gratuito facile da trovare vicino all hotel nel mese di maggio.

Cons:

Assistenza clienti inesistente prima del soggiorno e durante.
Volevamo alcuni chiarimenti prima dell’addebito prenotazione per manutenzione piscina, ma nessuno ci ha mai risposto. Il giorno l’addebito, “casualmente”, abbiamo avuto una risposta, ma è stata scorretta e non soddisfacente.
Anche al nostro arrivo l’addetta alla reception ha trovato scuse senza chiarire i nostri dubbi.
Purtroppo abbiamo avuto anche problemi durante il soggiorno: il boiler non ci ha permesso di fare 2 docce consecutive e, nonostante questo, ci è stato riferito dalla stessa receptionist che non poteva esser risolto il problema.
Non ultimo, una puzza sgradevole di muffa all’interno dell’appartamento.

Lovely self contained units with pool. Very nicely landscaped... We were in garden section. On site food, lovely, good value although limited hours. Spotless. Outdoor seating. Location very good

Ottima posizione, buona sistemazione, ideale per famiglie
Pros:

La posiziona a Costa Teguise é perfetta per raggiungere comodamente ogni parte dell'isola. Ci sono anche 3 spiagge carine a poca distanza a piedi.
L'appartamento é funzionale e spazioso. Il letto matrimoniale é grande. La pulizia buona, il cambio asciugamani frequente. Piscina pulita e tranquilla a disposizione con possibilità di richiesta teli. Al nostro arrivo mancavano 2 sedie, dei cucchiaini, delle padelle, ma appena segnalato ce li hanno subito forniti. Lo staff é cordiale e molto disponibile. Ringraziamo tanto Daniella che alla reception ci forniva ottimi consigli per le nostre escursioni.

Cons:

A Costa Teguise c'é spesso molto vento e in alcuni periodi é molto fastidioso.
Il divano letto destinato ai 2 bambini non era molto comodo e le lenzuola poco coprenti, ma per i bambini é andato bene.
