Cons:

Estaba con un mal olor, solicité algún tipo de solución y no supieron ayudarme, tuve que cambiarme de alojamiento, cuando me retiré, el recepcionista me indicó que me cobrarían, aún cuando no llevaba ni 2 horas.
Ya había pagado la reserva y me indicaron que el reembolso se tardaría 3 días hábiles, luego me llegó un correo indicándome que se demoraban 8 días hábiles.
En fin, todo muy confuso.

Pros:

Excelente atención del personal. El desayuno es muy bueno y la habitación estaba muy temperada con calefacción central. Todo estuvo perfecto. Los recepcionistas son muy preocupados. La habitación estaba impecable.
