人員不足も仕方ないし、バリアフリーの部屋ではないから仕方ないかな
Pros:

ベットの寝心地は良かったです。

Cons:

部屋の外まで車椅子、部屋の中では松葉杖を使っていましたが、バスルームに入るところが段差が大きく、入るのに苦労しました。ちょっと年配の方にもこの段差は優しくないのでは、と気になりました。
あと、朝食券を受け取るスタッフがいなくて、そのまま入りました。いつもこうなのかな、誰でもいつでも入れる？とセキュリティの面でも不安になりました。
また、車椅子で通るには朝食会場の通路が狭く、困っていても誰にも声をかけられませんでした。もちろん付き添いがいましたので、なんとか奥まで入ってカウンターの椅子をどけて席につけましたが、残念です。
