禁煙ルームがなく、喫煙ルームをとったが
やはり部屋の匂いがきつかった
他のホテルはここまで匂わなかったので
匂いをなんとかしてほしい

快適でした。
Pros:

とっても綺麗でした。朝ごはんもちょっとずつ食べられるように用意されていておいしなったです。

Cons:

夜、車で行ったのですが、入り口の看板の電気が切れていたので、入り口がわかりづらかったです。あと立体の駐車場が狭かったです。

Pros:

チェックインの時間よりも数分早く入ったので何か言われるかなぁ？と思いましたが、何も言われなくてスタッフさんの対応も良かった。

Cons:

大浴場（女湯）に行ったら、洗い場の排水ができてなくてチャポチャポしてました。…

女湯なので洗髪した時の抜け毛で排水口が塞がってましたので、取って流しました。

これはホテル側に問題があるわけではなく、女性として洗髪したら自分で排水口の髪を取るなど客側もエチケットとして気をつけたほうがいいと思いました。

私は髪が長いので家の風呂の排水口も毎日必ず取ってます。
髪の長い方は気をつけたほうがいいですね。

綺麗
Pros:

スタッフさんがにこやかで丁寧な対応、夜遅いチェックインだったのですが、気持ちよく対応してくれた。
館内が綺麗だった。
朝食も早い時間だったこともあったけど、なくなってる品目もなく、すぐに補充してくれて充実していた。

Cons:

シーツが湿気ぽい感じがしてちょっと気持ち悪かった。

Pros:

Excellent breakfast buffet, comfortable and reasonably priced rooms, great parking accommodations, and staff was very helpful with sending our luggage to Tokyo via Takkyubin.
