A 50% deposit of the total amount is required to secure the booking. We will notify the guest prior to charging the credit card provided. Please note that this deposit is nonrefundable.

The remaining 50% of the booking must be settled at least 15 days before the scheduled arrival date and is also nonrefundable.

We will charge this remaining amount to the credit card provided 15 days in advance. In the event of nonpayment, we will notify you by email, requesting an alternative payment method within 48 hours. If payment is not received within this timeframe, the booking will be canceled, and no refund will be issued.

Great location but not very clean. A lot of ppl staying there for longer so it was a bit hard to talk to someone

Not very clean, didn’t have basic spices for Travellers in the kitchen, quite chilly during the day but thankfully turned the heater on during the night

Cons:

I regularly stay at Bounce whenever I visit Melbourne. The location is fantastic, and while it can be noisy, that’s city life. I tried to book again this weekend, only to discover that I suddenly don't fit the age criteria for a dorm and can now stay only if I pay for a private room. After being a loyal, repeat guest—what the hell, Bounce?

Pros:

Esta en una ubicación ideal, las habitaciones son grandes, el baño igual. El personal es muy amable y atienden 24/7. El espacio de las camas es suficiente para estar comodo y no incomodar a nadie, adicional, esta bien dotado pues tiene luz, cajon con candado y toma corriente en el mismo lugar sin restar espacio.

Cons:

Me perdí para llegar pues hay construcciones pero es temporal y no depende netamente del hostal

L'esperienza di alloggiare in ostello ci mancava e farla presso Bounce probabilmente ha contribuito a rendere tutto più bello e particolarmente piacevole. L'alloggio era perfetto per un'intera famiglia come la nostra composta da 5 persone, nel sesto letto c'era con noi un ragazzo molto discreto ed educato. I letti a castello erano molto comodi ed attrezzati per proteggere la propria privacy con una tendina scorrevole !! Abbiamo usufruito della sala mensa dove abbiamo incontrato tanti giovani tra cui dei nostri connazionali !! Esperienza assolutamente positiva !!

Purtroppo il passaggio di tanta gente dall'ambiente cucina comporta un continuo movimento di stoviglie, bicchieri ed attrezzatura varia utile alla preparazione dei pasti e non tutti probabilmente usano la cura ed attenzione ai fini di lasciare pulito l'ambiente, i mobili cucina hanno bisogno di essere sostituiti perchè deteriorati dall'uso continuo, le ante dei mobili in particolare hanno perso la loro caratteristica funzionale ed estetica. Peccato !!

地理位置很好就在火車站前面。
淋浴間水柱很強。(但不一定很熱可以多試幾間)

Cons:

插座跟床燈很近，線會卡到不好充電。
樓下bar晚上很熱鬧，房間隔音普通，淺眠的建議自備耳塞。
