The remaining 50% of the booking must be settled at least 15 days before the scheduled arrival date and is also nonrefundable.

We will charge this remaining amount to the credit card provided 15 days in advance. In the event of nonpayment, we will notify you by email, requesting an alternative payment method within 48 hours. If payment is not received within this timeframe, the booking will be canceled, and no refund will be issued.

An ok stay for a short stay.
Pros:

Location is great! In the centre of everything. Staffs are helpful.

Cons:

The shared bathroom not that clean. I encountered a few cockroaches in the shower- not cool. Bed is squeaky and not comfortable. And if you are a light sleeper, you would hear the sound of the night trains from flinders street station.

Excellent location, handy to supermarket, train, and trams. There was plenty of room in the 6 bed female dorm.

I was robbed by the property
Pros:

You had in your profile that dogs could stay so I booked and paid / then upon arrival a promise was made regarding a refund and I’m still waiting.

Stop false advertising and then taking people’s money and not allowing them to stay.

I was woken up by a fire alarm in the middle of the night. The lock on my door is out of power and broken. I was told someone would come to fix it, but by evening, it still wasn't repaired. Finally, I was moved to a new room. / You eventually changed my room.
